Appearance: Zoe is average height, around 5'8", and in pretty good shape; she works out quite often on Level 5, to make up for the lack of strenuous physical activity her job requires. Her skin is fair and pale, her eyes a light blue, her hair a soft shade of orange, past shoulder length but usually kept tied up behind her. She wears the standard Vault 72 jumpsuit, close-fitted, Pip-boy and boots, and typically wears her lab coat over this at work, or a brown leather jacket or white hoodie otherwise.

Occupation: Medical Assistant

Brief Bio: Zoe was born an only child to a pair who at the time were a cook and a technician. Both of her parents died, however, of a sickness while she was still young, leaving her to be at least partially raised by the Overseer, though they were often very busy. This led to Zoe gaining a large amount of independence early on. She was an excellent student and demonstrated intelligence throughout her school years, scoring very well on her tests and selecting a medical track for herself, partly to commemorate her parents. Currently, she's continuing her studies as an assistant, working with the Head Doctor on patients, and handling the supplies of drugs, as well as any other busywork that needs doing.

Personality: Somewhat secretly, Zoe has been growing restless in the Vault. She doesn't necessarily want to go outside, but she feels cooped up all the same. Being the likely candidate to eventually become the Vault's head Medical expert, there's a lot of pressure on her to do well, and it is beginning to get to her, though she doesn't often let it show. Visibly, she's a very well balanced young woman, intelligent and hard-working, compassionate and a good friend. She's not really confrontational or a fighter, preferring to talk things out, though she doesn't have a silver tongue, and can sometimes be painfully honest. She doesn't lie often, and as such isn't very good at it. She is, however, quick with her hands, and a quiet person in general, if not in a social setting.

Name: Dr Melissa Lowe

Occupation: Head Doctor

Brief Bio: Melissa Lowe has always been a queer one. She never seemed to get along with the other children growing up and prefered to remain in her room "playing doctor" as her parents dismissively called it, though she was in fact dissecting her childhood toys with clinical precision. She grew into a frightfully intelligent young woman and easily decrypted the GOAT, answering in a specific way to ensure she got the job she wanted. She excelled under the tutelage of the previous Head Doctor, quickly overtaking him in medical skill and knowledge, and eventually replaced him.

Personality: Dr Lowe is dangerously charismatic and intelligent, and fascinated with science and medicine. Her primary interest is in genetics and biology and she has turned her own quarters into a personal lab where she runs dozens of small experiments at a time, not necessarily always with the Overseer's permission.

Parthenia Boehrman

Name: Parthenia Boehrman

Appearance

Like most of her compatriots, she wears the standard Vault 72 jumpsuit as well as a Pip-Boy 3000. Parthenia stands at about 165 cm tall, with a Bust/Waist/Hip ratio of 83/57/80 cm.

Occupation: Vault Technician

Brief Bio: Parthenia lived normal life in the Vault, or about as normal as this sort of lifestyle could be, living in a metal cave. She was raised by a taciturn and hesitant couple, people that didn't give her the attention she craved for. She generally spent most of her free time reading or talking with people she seemed to share interests with, although she never did have many friends. Her parents pressured her to take up a role that wouldn't be too strenuous and Parthenia, at least subconsciously, agreed. After taking the G.O.A.T., she was assigned a role as a Vault Technician, a role she was content with.

Personality: Parthenia is a quick-witted and resourceful girl. She is able to worm her way out of most situations, using anything available to get her way. She is a generally calm and affable person, always wanting to meet new people and willing to chat with anyone. Most people will describe Parthenia as a kind and optimistic person, always flashing a smile and giving a warm greeting to anyone she meets. However, under this facade lies a crueler, opportunistic woman, one willing to lie, cheat, and steal to get her way. In times of leisure, she is laid back and willing to joke around, but in times of strife she can get spiteful and her words can become bitter, caustic, and generally mean, at least until she calms down.

Skills: Parthenia has extensive knowledge and experience dealing with Repairs and Computer Science. As mentioned earlier, her Speech skills allow her to get her way more often than not. Additionally, she has a basic understanding of using Guns and Energy Weapons, although this only extends to knowledge gained from books and talks with other people.

Appearance:
Jack stands around the height of 6" or 6'1" or so, with a physically tough, lean, and muscular build that comes from years of hard labor and work underneath his father and, later on, his bosses. His skin is a fair color - a bit pale due to being stuck in a vault for literally all of his life, and his eyes are a deep blue color, going fairly well with his dirty blonde hair, which is generally in a 'blast back' style, the mismatched locks going down to the nape of his neck. His face could be considered well-defined, with one red scar going along the side of his jawline, from a rather intense scuffle that happened a while ago. Other-wise, his body lacks any blemishes or such. 'As healthy as an ox', as they say. His hands are a bit scarred and calloused from working with tools and weaponry. Generally, he wears the normal Vault jumpsuit, as ordered by the Overseer and such. the sleeves are usually rolled up to the elbows, to avoid any snagging. Only when he is on duty, does he wear his Vault security garb. He always keeps a baton on his side, but his 10mm pistol stays in his room unless he's on the job.

Brief Bio:
Jack's biography isn't as exciting as you'd think. He grew up underneath the Chief Maintenance Engineer, IE his mother, and a regular ole' security guard, IE his father. They installed within him, the value of work, and ever since he was a child, he was pretty much busy being practical, which didn't leave him with much time for friends. His dad and mother brought him along with them on their jobs - when it was possible, of course, and he learned things underneath both of them. Repairing and maintaining machinery and weaponry from his mother, and how to fight and shoot a gun by his father - whenever they could get away with using the little .22 and BB gun. His natural reflexes and skill in gun-handling made his parents proud, and they were rooting for him when he went to the Overseer for an interview. He was elected as a security guard, but went even further, as to apply for a part-time internship in the maintenance department, for whenever a substitute was needed due to staff injury. Life has been busy so far, but rewarding, as well, and it keeps him busy, so that he doesn't have to think about the boredom and monotony life had fell into. Rinse, wash, and repeat...baah baah, we're all sheep. Yeah...he tries to forget that little rhyme, but it always pops back up. He's getting a promotion soon due to efficiency, however, so that's cool.

Personality:
Jack comes off as a pretty tough, standoffish, but over-all decent guy, born under the whole motto of 'Hard work beats all', which can make him quickly annoyed with cheaters and 'smooth-talking' folks. He tends to keep to himself, but not in a broody, depressed way - moreso due to the fact that he generally has stuff to do, and doesn't really find time to just sit down, pop a cola, and talk with others. This has made him pretty distant, emotion-wise. Not to say that he's emotionless, but he doesn't feel comfortable sharing his personal feelings with others, and usually keeps his sadness to himself. He tries to stay cool-headed most of the time, but he has a very...sharp temper, and can snap at times if you piss him off enough. He can come off as a bit of a cold-hearted bastard, but as stated before, he is an over-all decent guy, and will help out and do the right thing when the time calls for it.

He doesn't take shit from others, and will disagree and rebel if he feels the need to. He's a bit stubborn in some ways, and doesn't like to be talked down to. His over-all demeanor allows him to adapt to some things faster then others, combined with quick reflexes and a quick brain, but this comes with the downside of him sometimes not taking other's feelings or disadvantages into though, which can hurt their feelings. With the few 'true' friends he has, Jack jokes around and all that fun stuff, having a witty, dry sense of humor, but he doesn't coddle anyone. They've long since learned that, however, and take any half-assed compliments, apologies, and such forth with grains of salt. Stays focused on the task at hand, and is content with being quiet and focusing on his own thoughts and goals, which can also make him seem distant and cold to people that doesn't know him.

Jules Beach

Name: Jules Beach

Age: 42

Gender: Female

Appearance: Jules has the characteristic orange hair of the Beach family. She stands at 5’10” and has a commanding posture. Her eyes are a light grey, and her skin is pale. Though Jules has entered middle-age, she has kept up with her health and fitness and could still be described as beautiful. She also has a very athletic build.

Occupation: Overseer

Brief Bio: Jules had a normal Vault childhood. Her family was as normal as any other; her mother was a nurse, her father was a guard, and her older brother was just plain annoying. It wasn’t until her G.O.A.T. test that things became more interesting. All signs pointed towards an Overseer in the making, and so Jules began her grooming under the then current Overseer. This training created a void between Jules and her family as she learned things that could not be shared.

At 30, Jules became the new Overseer after the old passed away in an epidemic that swept Vault 72. The very same sickness claimed the lives of her mother, father, brother, and sister-in-law within the span of a week, leaving Jules as the only relative left for her young niece, Zoe. From the chaos of the sudden sickness, Jules emerged as a profound leader. She quickly quelled the sweeping panic, quarantined the sick, and restored order to the vault. The quarantine was helpful in reducing the death toll, and within a month, a cure was found. The vaccine was added to the required list.

Unsure of how to raise a young child while maintaining her duties as the Overseer, Jules passed off most of the responsibilities to a governess. She still felt genuine love and affection for the girl, but often sorely missed the mark in expressing it.

Currently, Jules finds herself with a vault full of moderately peaceful residents.

Personality: Jules tries to be as open and transparent as she can with the vault dwellers, but she also recognizes that she must remain secretive about some things. Growing up in this manner has made her less likely to share things about herself and more invested in listening to and dealing with the troubles of others. She is quick to help someone in need, or at least find the right person for the job. As the Overseer, she is very personable, conversational, and welcoming. Unless, of course, she is the angry Overseer, in which case she is cold and calculating. In either case, Jules is always confident and commanding.

Bourbon

Name: Adam 'Bourbon' Bourbon

Age: 41

Gender: Male

Appearance:
Appearance: Adam is a man in his late thirties, and has aged well so far, all things considering. Standing at the height of 6 foot, he possesses a rather grizzled appearance for a man that has lived his entire life in a purified vault. His face is generally shaven, with remnants of last night's beard dusting over his jaws. Age has weathered his face, combined with stress, but not to the point of no turning back. Rather, laugh lines and creases have began to set in, enough to give him the appearance of an experienced man. His hair is shortly cropped into an efficient buzzcut, and is a dark black in colour, with patches of greying hair here and there. His eyes are a blande dark brown. Like all Vault citizens, he wears the Vault jumpsuit, although his has a Chief of Security's emblem on the shoulders. He also wears a tightly fitting watch cap, attached with a small light for when he goes into the less luminated areas of the vault.

Brief Bio:
Adam was born as the son of a security officer and a vault technician. Some would say that security was in his blood, while others would say he just got lucky on his G.O.A.T test. As a young boy, his father would often take him to shoot radroaches within the lowest parts of the vault. He was a natural with a rifle, and his father taught him never to waste a bullet by showing him how to craft and rebuild bullets using their shells and gunpowder.

While his mother often didn't approve of his constant interaction with weapons, she did inadvertently show him how to maintain and repair his weapons. She wanted him to grow up to be technician, like her, when he grew up and attempted to get him interested in the job by teaching him how to repair small things like radios. The job just didn't interest Adam at all though, and he leaned much more to becoming a security officer than he did to becoming a technician by the end of his school career. This was reflected in his G.O.A.T test, where he achieved the job of a security officer.

He became very close with the chief of security during his time as an officer. They became best friends, despite the age difference, and eventually the former chief named, Adam his successor before he tragically died after a small radroach fight left him with an infected leg that he refused to get treated. Adam has been chief ever since, and has at least tried to do his job to a good standard.

Personality:
'Smooth talking' and 'well mannered' are two phrases not commonly associated with Adam. He is most certainly foul mouthed and is rather blunt when pointing out any flaws in plans or in peoples abilities. Some may say this is rather cruel, but Adam views it as just a quick way of getting things done, and sees no point in tip-toeing around a subject rather than just attacking it head on.

While he can be strict when talking to his men, he also cracks jokes more often than not and is quite happy to engage in informalities with his men. Usually when he's on the job he will often joke around and talk with the security members he brings with him, no matter how serious the situation is. Of course, the extent of danger within the vault usually only extends to a radroach here or there, but occasionally clubbing down some teenage gang starting fights in the vault can prove to be more dangerous.

He hates cheaters, to the point where he'd gladly fight anyone who has even attempted to cheat him out of money. That being said, after the fight he will be friends with them once again, seeing the beating as punishment enough.
