How do you make someone a CO-GM?

So I feel a bit stupid for having to ask this but I simply can't seem to figure it out. Don't let the amount of time I've been here fool you, I'm still a newbie. I'm only just now hosting a small group prp and have never joined any rps on this site. I've been rping for years but not here so I'm trying to figure out how the site works.

Back on track, could someone please explain to me how to make another person your CO-GM? Thanks!

Do you have an edit topic button on the top left of the page, just above the OP of the thread?

I know the mod kit for adding co-GMs falls under the edit topic.
