Ohhhh, that's who Zimmerman is. Sorry, I don't care any more (hint: I never really did/want to in the first place).
Griever said Not to mention, if he was really that guilty, the jury could have chosen a guilty verdict. But they didn't. Also why are you trying to bring his lawyer's past history into this? His lawyer did his job which is to provide a defense for his client. That's how our judicial system works, homegirl and you're the type of person that would have condemned women in Salem to be burned as witches without hearing all of the evidence because you base legal cases on emotion, not evidence.

Interesting (actually) true fact -- Stand Your Ground was never once invoked by the defense during the Zimmerman trial. It has literally nothing to do with his acquittal.
Munk said Huh, you're right, it wasnt invoked. My bad. The judge instruct the jurors, though (as required by SYG law), that Zimmerman had a right to stand his ground and use deadly force. Without SYG, he'd have told the jurors that Zimmerman had a duty to get the hell out of there before defending himself. So I still stand by the claim that Stand Your Ground helped get George Zimmerman acquitted.

I want to see OJ vs Ted Nugent or something. To even things out.

I think you might have dropped your strawman there, man.(Prior to Stand Your Ground you still had legal rights. They just didn't include killing an unarmed boy and calling it self-defense.)
