mind the dust & our shitty title: the idea's still a prototype. we're working on welding some wheels to it.
basically: a team of "paranormal investigators" (think idiots along the lines of zak bagans & co a la ghost adventures; they probably aren't filming it) advertises its services. amazingly they wind up investigating, get this, actual paranormal shit. consequently: they get their feet knocked out from under them and dragged into the world that's always lingered just in their peripheral.
the rp would champion taking on these characters dealing with the paranormal shit they've fallen into (or Failing to Deal, or Being Slaughtered at the Hands Of), as well as whatever nuances & struggles/threats are plaguing the supernatural community/the places it intersects with humanity.
the flow of the RP would be divided into "arcs" depending on the "cases" the group took. it's possible the paranormal investigation team would "split up" after the case where SHIT GETS REAL, but winds up dragged back into the fold because of The Plot.
the emphasis for posting would be on quality rather than quantity: no wordcount "minimum," as long as it's actually something to reply to. the thought's an intimate group of people rping, probably nothing more than 5. doubling is my FAVORITE so that's not hardly saying we're looking at just 5 characters.
