History: Azurael left school at 15, much earlier tan her parents wanted her to. To spite her parents the angel when on a crime spree for the next few years. She was given two options - a lifetime in prison, or military service so Azurael joined the military at 17 and performed well enough to be invited into joining the Royal Guard at 22. She remained in the Royal Guard until present when she was ordered to board one of the Terra bound ships. While she was of the opinion that her job wasn't a necessary one, it will be on Earth, the camp every-one is going to will need a law-keeping force.
Personality: Azurael is generally quite mellow and is quite kind. If her temper is roused it's often quite suddenly and without warning that she will snap. This is very rarely and only when she sees injustice.

Job Position: Prince of the Demons

Power/s: He is possessed by Chaos, but it only manifests itself when he becomes angry.

History: He grew up in seclusion in the palace, where he didn't have much of a childhood. There has only been one severe incident of his Chaos possession, in which he very nearly came close to having obliterated the capital of the Demon side of Genesis. This accident cost him one of his wings, and now he has great difficulty in flying, so he prefers more mundane means of travel.

Personality: He's generally very stoic, not showing much in the way of emotion except around his dearest friends, who he values highly. Unlike many Demons, he is neutral to Angels and Hybrids.

Other: For anyone who sees my character as being extremely overpowered, I would like to note that this roleplay was first started by yours truly, and also by Sasha here, who's really done a wonder to make this roleplay as good as it is today. I give her most of the credit. At the risk of sounding a little boastful, I was the original creator, but to redeem myself, it would never have survived without Sasha.

Job Position: Grim Reaper

Power/s: The power he had before he became the Reaper was lost to him upon becoming the Reaper. Now, his only power is to see, interact, and guide spirits, and he can also enter the spirit realm at will.

History: Aechir hadn't been much of anybody growing up, he was a simple street patrol on the Angelic Border at the edge of the Deadlands that separated the Angelic half and the Demonic half of Genesis. It wasn't until he was shot down by a Demon soldier and killed, when he met the Grim Reaper. The Grim, his predecessor, told Aechir that he had allowed him to die so that Aechir may become the next Grim. At first, Aechir was furious, but it didn' last for long. The idea of living forever as the caretaker of spirits intrigued him, and he relented. And so it was that Grim began Aechir's training. When the Grim felt that Aechir was ready, he gave over the title of Grim, his scythe, the Book of Fate, and gave Aechir his robes, and the former Grim allowed Aechir, now Grim, to lead his spirit away into the spirit realm. Aechir has been working as Grim for several thousand years since. He lost count after twelve thousand.

Personality: Grim takes his job as Reaper seriously, and doing it for as long as he, it's made him a little bit strange, creepy even. He has a morbid way of looking at things, and his humor is often sarcastic and dark. However, he does like to have a good time, and is generally friendly [if that's what you'd call it] to anyone he meets. And no, he will not tell anyone how they will die.

Description and/or pic: He wears flowing black robes, and has almost etherreal wings; they are so white, they seem to have a faint glow, and seem to be slightly transparant. In the dark, one might think they could see the bones of his wings through his feahers. His face is always hidden by the hood of his robes, so his actual features are unknown, save for a few long strands of his white bangs hat sometimes poke out from underneath his hood.

History: Sasha has never been outside of the palace grounds as her parents were very protective over her. Sasha is very friendly as a result and is quite naive. She lived an idyllic life growing up and was sheltered from the realities of rule until quite late. She has only recently just learnt about punishment, law, and many customs.
Personality: Sasha is generally quite placid. She is very kind until she is betrayed. In the rare instances Sasha is angered, she is fearsome and wrathful.

Power/s: Slight telekinesis.
History: Damien was a very happy go lucky child and was the class clown. He was well cared for by his parents, but he fell in love with an Angel and as a consequence he and his parents fell out. Unfortunately with out an income, his love was not interested in him either. Heart-broken and down he worked hard to put himself through school and even harder to get and win a scholarship so he could learn everything about communications and signals. As far as he knows, neither his parents nor his lost love made it onto a Terran bound ship.
Personality: He can seem quite grumpy, blunt, and impatient at times but he really is a teddy bear on the inside. He is a great and loyal friend and a fearsome enemy.

Job Position: General of the Demon army

Power/s: 'Weightlessness'. His wings are too small to fly with, but like a hawk, he can glide for long distances. He is able to launch himself into the air with only the muscle of his legs.

History: T'vor grew up in the palace alongside the young Prince, though he lived with his father and the Palace Guard inside the castle barracks, instead of inside the Palace itself. When his father died in a skirmish against Angels, T'vor took his place as General, and has served in that capacity up until now.

Personality: T'vor is a difficult taskmaster, and makes a show of being hard to please, but he is rather a good judge of character. You can tell that he likes you if he picks on you the most. Though he'll make sure to pick on everyone. He likes to have a good ale once in awhile and loves to banter. He's coarse and will freely give insults, but he is a dependable man.

Powers: other than her uncanny ability to heal the sick and injured, She does not appear to have any magical abilities. Most Demons don't.

History: Ari has long worked as a nurse for the Deadlands troops, even as a girl, she worked as an apprentice to her master, who was killed in a small skirmish out in the Deadlands. Since then, she's taken her duties as healer very seriously. She has a very extensive knowledge about the scientific healing arts, and proudly claims to anyone who voices concerns about her practices that she could do a better job of mending a person than any Whitewing voodoo doctor ever could. The price is that it takes longer.

Personality: She's very outspoken, bossy, and a little bit narcissistic about her talents as a healer. She takes pride in her practice, because as a general rule of thumb, Demons are terrible at the healing arts. Despite her attitude, she's very agreeable and generally very good-natured. She makes jibes about Whitewings frequently, but when it comes to her work, she'll heal Angels and Demons alike.

Pic/Description: She has three wings--abnormalities in wing growth are common among Demons, though the reason is is not known as to why that is. Her three wings are batlike.

Have you ever tried to associate personalities with a color? Ma'ai would be a pastel shade, but not a particularly bland color; perhaps rose gold. He's pretty mellow albeit with a definite underlying layer of 'spice' which finally bubbles to the surface once he gets comfortable. Ma'ai tries his best to avoid standing out so he's a bit of a stickler for the rules and rarely does more than necessary, but the man will surely make it his business if he finds himself witnessing a situation that requires intervention. Aforementioned angel isn't lazy, per se, but he is a prime example of not-my-job-not-my-problem mentality. That being said it's almost ironic that his three most popular traits are punctuality, organization, and dependability.

Ma'ai was born into a family with a long history of serving for the military. So naturally, it was expected that he followed the predestined role. The angel had no qualms about this and actually looked forward to the honor; he has been on active duty since he was 19.

If Je'Nai were to be assigned a color for her personality it would most definitely be red. More specifically a ruby or blood shade. This Hybrid, though leaning closer towards the humble side of the spectrum, takes definite pride in her skills but will also always readily accept constructive criticism. Je'Nai considers her ability to accentuate the body's natural aesthetic a taught talent, something anybody could do if they really strive for it. She is very passionate about her work and is constantly looking for new things to learn. Ironically, despite her feisty and unapologetic attitude, there's still that almost natural sense of submission lingering within her. It's a rare sight indeed but frighten her enough and it'll surely show itself.

5'1" tall, titanium quarts-esque eyes (black with an iridescent tint in the right lighting), vantablack hair that hovers just above her shoulders, porcelain skin. Her wings are large, translucent, and dual in color (white outside, black inside). They're comprised largely of down-type feathers instead of flight-type ones so while they're very soft, they're useless for transportation. They also shed a lot more than normal so Ja'Nai is very strict on keeping them kempt.

Occupation: None, currently. Generally feared by Angels and Demons alike.

History: Ra'sha was a former military officer who became renown for her lust for Demon blood. She slew many Demons in the war, and it is rumored that she took the blood of her enemies and forged from it a sword with the power to absorb the lifeforce of anyone she kills with that sword. This rumor is true, but what is not so commonly known is that by creating the sword, she had to give up all magical ability.

Personality: Generally dislikes the world, but put her in a life-or-death situations, and she relishes the thrill. Has an equal animosity for Angels, Demons, and Hybrids alike. She simply enjoys killing Demons more because they are her opposite. Should be treated with care, and one should consider not putting her on their trustworthy list. She goes and does as she pleases, and answers to no authority over her own. If she agrees to a favor, it is because it is in her interest to do so. She isn't necessarily violent, however. Only on the battlefield.
