Scandinavian, but close. They are Norwegian and Swedish, however different countries have slightly different versions. The Norwegian one has a cow tail and the Swedish one has troll ears I believe. Idk. I just know they are slightly different.

Aaah, okay. I was thrown by the 'karl' in 'Huldrakarl' since I thought some variation of karl meant that a thing was male in german. Although, now that I think of it I think the term is actually 'kerl' so there's where I went wrong XD Similar languages, I think.

Pffft, staaaaaahp XD I'm sure you know what I mean though, the first post is always the hardest since you're not used to playing the character in that setting or the length/style associated with the thread, ya feel? I'm sure we all feel the same, takes a few posts to get into the rhythm.

so, do many of you guys plan on using colour for your dialogue? I have no qualms (even if I did, I'm not the GM) but I would ask, if you don't mind, that you not use really bright colours or colours that are really close to white without actually being white. Long story short, I have a hard enough time reading white on black, throwing in neon pink or those confusing off-whites would really make it difficult for me XD
I really hate asking things like this, but I'd really appreciate it. Thanks! ^_^
