Fantasy romance?

I usually add Romance to everything seeing as it's an inevitability, but I don't like setting up characters right off the bat to be romantically attached. I enjoy growing into the romance steadily. If you've got a plot please present it to me. Right now my brain's having troubles thinking of them.
