Edit: Can Rhasha still die from his wounds? Was the save roll just to see if the nasty tree person would be chased away?
Assuming nothing cataclysmic happens (like a resounding chorus of 1-2 rolls for everyone still in battle), the characters who are incapacitated will survive provided they get even a modicum of help, be it via potion or healing spell or something similar. They'll be suffering a -2 roll penalty until the mission is completed even after receiving healing attention, more if they are injured further (-1 for minor injury, -2 for incapacitated status with that roll also effecting the saving roll as well).
So, in short, Rhasha, Sevine, and Keegan are fucked up, but they'll be alright, just with more scars and possibly other ailments to take home with them. It'll just mean there's rolling penalties for the remainder of the mission, and if enough people are brought to the verge of death, there's a chance they can't complete their mission... which will have lasting consequences.
