No, secret alliances, if specifically made secret, do not have to be posted. If you want your alliance to be public knowledge, as either a way to deter others from declaring war on you or just because you feel like it would be easier you may also do that.
Also, 12 people, holy crap, that seems like an above average amount for an Rp on the nation section here.

So, what do people think? Should Italy stay loyal to the Triple Alliance in this, to try to gain Nice, Corsica and Tunisia? Or should they choose to join the Allies in an attempt to gain South Tyrol, Dalmatia and Istria?

I think Allies. Libya's too vulnerable. And there are more Italians in Austria-Hungary than in France.



Remember Istria and South Tyrol are not actually part of Italy (yet), this is a later map.

The only problem I see with that is how the Austria-Hungary guy has been inactive this whole time and the Serbian guy is really new to the forum.
