I think thats a yes, think of it like chess. You make your moves of "My cavilry comes around and attacks your infantry from the side" but with a bit more description. Just make a NS and find a group you wanna be.

In house placement, I meant to pick a territory that you rule over and the minor houses can inhabit the cities in your kingdom other than your capital. Sha'an Tzien is the capital of that kingdom by the way...
