The opening date for the new Mental Hospital near Water Bay Cove, Washington, was suppose to be April 21 of 2008. It was postponed due to fact it had water and lighting issues and has reopened almost six years later. The applications for patients have increased over time with youth to the elderly, it was then things started to change.
Patient's claim to see ghost, hearing more than one vice in their heads, or that they've seen something in their closet or under the bed. The hiring staff passed it off to be something missing from their heads; commen sense. It wasn't till a few months after the opening where one of the older patients almost killed themselves with the sheets from the room. This was disturbing to the staff and begged the higher ups to set up proper security so that they can monitor the patients without having to be there.
That was settled, expect for a few that started to claim that they were not suppose to be there, that they were okay, and that they did not needed the help that the hospital offered. They tried to fool the staff by talking sense to them to let them out, to give them the key, and one nurse handed one of them the key by believing that they were not mentally ill. That was the wrong choice...
