Liz shook her head. She didn't think that she could ignore her power. Atleast not yet. Maybe later when she had more control but now. If there was an injury she had to heal it. Hopefully doing so would help her get stronger. She moved over to Miroku. She placed her hand on his back. "I don't think I can ignore injuries until I have more control over my powers. I guess we will just have to hope that in time I will be strong enough that it healing won't drain me."

Aleksa stood by and watched the others from afar for a few more minutes before she decided to stop sulking and join them. She teleported a short distance to Dusk and gave him a curt nod "You did a good job Dusk" Aleksa said trying to be "Motivational". She gave a thumbs up before teleporting towards the bigger group, "Is everyone okay over here" Aleksa said with a hint of concern in in her voice as she watched Liz heal Miroku's back.

Kneeling and then standing the best he can, holding his ribs, Kofi felt Miroku come over slinging his arms asking if he was ok I'll live...I can do some stretches to loosen up my pain. A little rest can help too. and personally..I don't want Liz using up her stamina to heal us...but...I think you need it more. I can smell the blood on you....and....I can transport you back in so to get you healed. he said with a smile. When Liz came over and spoke about not ignoring injuries, Kofi nodded He needs it more than any of us.

What also made Kofi smile was that Aleksa was okay. She may not have joined the fray but there was plenty more enemies in the future for them when the time came. It was indeed a scary situation and he held no fault to her being that the combo he and Dusk pulled scared them off and the others were injured and/or killed by Miroku. he spoke You ok Aleksa?

When Liz made her way to him and touched his back, he flinched. "Guys, please, I'm fine. No use having you running out of stamina because of a scratch." Okay, scratch was admittedly a great understatement on the real injury he had but compared to other grave injuries, this was nothing. However, before he could say all that, Liz already was healing his back so he decided to give up. "And Kofi, I can walk." He said. Seriously, they're making a big deal out of this. He would've happily accepted the help if he was crumpling down in pain and writhing on the ground like a trapped animal dying, but he wasn't.

He then looked back at Aleksa who asked if they were fine. "Yup! We're fine!" No one else seemed injured besides him anyway. Maybe he should'v been more careful. He looks pathetic compared to these people who were enough to intimidate others. Alright, time to make a list of what to do. One, train. Two, be more careful. He'll add some more as time goes by.

"I don't think it matters how small the injury is. Atleast not right now. I don't want to drain myself. I know you might need me to be able to fight later but my power feels your wounds. No matter how small. I can feel the power pulling me towards you. I don't think I can stop the healing even if I wanted to. I think touching will make it less draining. But I don't know." Liz explained. As she moved to Kofi. She knew she couldn't stop until they were all back to normal.

Aleksa looked on and smiled as Liz finished with Miroku's back and made her way over to Kofi who had asked if she was okay. "I'm fine though I feel bad that I completely chickeed out of the fight and left you to deal with the monsters" she said looking down but then remebered herself and looked back up with determination "but I promise that I next time I'll help to the best of my abilities!"

Dusk would listen and watch them then sigh some rubbing back of his neck "well lets get back inside" he says "this just means we need to prepare even more" he states "so we need to study our abilities and possible skills" he says with a sigh and walks inside leaving the others looking down at his hand thinking, heading to the training area they was in before.

With a nod and a pause on Kofi, staring at Miroku, he wanted to make sure he'd really be fine but continued to be a support for him to walk since he insisted he's alright We're just trying to care for our own...we are all alike. he smirked. Kofi watched at Liz came to him next and shook his head, waving his hand I'm fine Liz. I just need some rest... he told her so to not use her stamina on him.

When Aleksa spoke up about not joining them and feeling sorry, Kofi placed his hand on her shoulder. We don't fault you for that. There are always going to be enemies we will have to face. So...we have plenty of battles ahead of us. You'll do fine and you'll probably be the life line the determines life or death for us.

Turning to Dusk, Kofi nodded I agree...I need to become able to shift into more larger ferocious beasts without it being a strain on me. I want to go further....and yes let's all go inside. he said as he walked back to the inside of the facility.

The pain started to fade away as Liz did her magic on his back. The wounds closed and then went back to normal, too bad the same couldn't be said for his clothing. But he had some spare clothing in there. "Well you gotta get that under control Liz, who knows what might happen when you get that feeling on the battlefield." He pointed out. Knowing about wounds was good and all but if she was attracted to it the moment she felt it and she would feel absolutely compelled to heal it then and there, it would cause some problems. When she went away, Miroku started to stretch.

He followed to the others inside, silently agreeing to what Dusk had said. He yawned and then rubbed the back of his head. Just thinking about his morning schedule now made him tired. He'd get up earlier than the others, sneak some training in and then sneak back and have breakfast with them. Yeah, that sounded good. But he definitely could not sneak any training before lights out. Rather than helping him, it would make him more tired than ever.

"I think we should also work on a little thing called teamwork." He pointed out. "Sure, we had it good now and could go out uncoordinated but if we face bigger and stronger enemies, I think we need to have a game plan. Team combos and stuff." He knew that he sounded like he was talking about some video game but he was dead serious. Working individually could only get them a little far. After all, even the weakest band of heroes could defeat a strong opponent through teamwork and strategy.

"I know."Liz know she was one of the weaker members of the team. She wrapped her arms around herself. She was tired. But she wasn't going to pass out this time. She didn't want to be weak. It sucked that she couldn't do better. She wanted to be able to control her ability but she didn't know how to do it. That was why she had come here in the first place. She had wanted to learn to control her ability. She never dreamed that she would have to learn to be a fighter to do it.

Dusk would look at the training system and grips one of his fists some thinking about what they might have to deal with next, so he tries to figure out how to turn it on with a low setting so he can start training, by himself sense he is alone. deciding he needs to improve both his power and his phyiscal capabilities as quick as possible forgoing anything else.

"I reckon you're gonna train?" Miroku asked as he approached Dusk. He had already wore a new shirt, a white one. He promised that he'd stitch that suit up later after he took a little sneak peek at how he was going to train. They had a state of the art system going on here and this training simulator was just top of the line. He guessed that nobody had something nearly as great as this one. Virtual reality brought to real life which you can touch and vice versa. It's quite a sight to behold.

"Do you know how to get it going? I was planning to maybe use this when I get the chance." He said before tapping the machine's controls but not exactly pressing any button.

After getting inside and hearing that someone spoke of training, Kofi thought about what would be more useful in getting him trained shifting into any animal without strain. Thinking for a moment, he felt, maybe he could work on stamina or body conditioning. Possibly transforming to a bigger animal and exercising as that animal....for instants, an elephant. Being an elephant, he can stay in that form longer than in a T-rex form but he still becomes quite fatigued from it....so...he figured, that would be a good starting point or go a level before that one, being a rhino or a bull or something and build up to larger more powerful animals. Hopefully, he'll be able to become a whale, dinosaur and possibly a mythical animal if he tried hard enough.

Dusk would look back at Miroku "..of course.. we can't really sit around learning regular life stuff when we're thrown in this situation.." he states and shakes his head "no but it can't be that hard to learn, you could say I have an electronic thumb" he says with a slight chuckle.

"Yeah, I guess so. But we still need that for if we actually succeed in saving the world from doom and stuff. I don't think being superheroes would give us good payment." Miroku said with a shrug. He also carefully worded what he said and said 'if' they save the world. He wasn't very sure on what they can do considering they were having trouble with dire wolves. And studies are just as important as training, he learned. Sometimes, you can use these tiny bits of information for your attack.

"What is your power?" Miroku's power was already extremely obvious considering his fast movement and he used it on the battle. Dusk was the only one he didn't see use their powers in that battle. He used the high-tech suit for the entirety of the battle. He truly did wonder what it was.

Dusk would raise an eyebrow at Miroku "well for doing such services chances are we be taken cared of for rest of our lives" he states then raise both eyebrows when Miroku asked about his power "you either haven't been paying attention or your near sighted or something if you haven't realized what my power is" he tells Miroku "there has been very much a reason why I've been shouting things like 'make this easy on me' or like with the wolfs for them to 'sit'" he tells Miroku.

"And you're actually content on sitting around your whole life until the day you die?" Miroku asked before looking back at the machine's controls. He would like to experiment throwing everything up but that might not be the best solution to try and find out what the heck a switch means. "I'm definitely not going to like that lifestyle. Sure they give us funds but what if we blow it? Just thinking about worst case scenarios like that." He continued with a shrug before flipping up a switch. The machine hummed to life. That must be the power switch. Well it did have the simple for 'on' and 'off' on it so that was obvious.

Miroku chuckled. "Sorry, I was on the far side of the battlefield." He replied. He could back that up since he went there first to make a desperate pincer tactic on them, try to slash them up quickly. But they had tougher skin than he thought so it practically failed. "Manipulation of thoughts?" He asked.

Dusk would raise an eyebrow "I wont just be sitting around doing nothing, just means wont have to worry about basic needs, if we blow it then it wont even matter anymore" he states "we all probably be dead then" he shakes his head "even if you didn't see it in last fight, I used it in the sparing earlier" he tells him and then chuckles "more like Manipulation of living things" he states "if it was just thoughts then wouldn't be able to make them do what I say" he tells Miroku "our benefactor just called it Manipulation though" he states and shrugs "I can influence people with my words to as I say" he states. "...don't know how to fully control it yet"

"I mean... ah you know what? Nevermind." He said with a smile, finding the whole topic to actually be a little depressing. "What did you want to become if you didn't have powers? Always wanted to become a scientist." He said, the smile on his face becoming more and more genuine. He then fiddled more with the machine to find out which switch does which.

"Napped after we fought. Sorry." He admitted. He nodded off back then because he went running when he woke up earlier than the others. Got tired after that. "Same thing actually. If you manipulate their thoughts, you affect what they think they should do. That's a pretty powerful thing." It was a scary thought to actually be speaking with someone with a power like that, even worse since he doesn't know how to control it. But he was sure that nothing was going wrong yet. "I'd focus on getting that under control first before your physical training."

Liz made her away back inside. Some of the others were talking but she didn't feel right talking to them. She hadn't done enough to be a part of the team. She was tired and weak. She needed to sit down before she collapsed. She didn't want to have to depend on the others. It was bad enough that she had failed the mission so badly. She headed to the library she had seen yesterday while exploring.
