[OOC] The Forbes Family

Not everyone has a fair chance at life, the underprivileged, those born into poverty and those who are simply born into an abusive household. The rich and famous feign care for such issues but none of them want anything but publicity. One family though, in composed almost entirely of the underprivileged. A wealthy couple living in North Dakota has done all they can to take in several of the lower class. They educate them, enroll them in schools and give them something they never had -- a full functioning family. People in their social circle wonder why the couple adopts and fosters children instead of having their own, but it’s a little known fact that the two have been incapable of having their own children since Mrs. Forbes nearly died giving birth to their daughter. So, out of their own love of large families they give a loving home to those who don’t already have one.

Appearance: Petr stands at a tall 6 foot 1 and has the fit physique of a footballer to match this tall stature. His hair is a dark brown, matching his eyes, and is kept in a short back and sides style. He styles his facial hair after his idol, Zlatan Ibrahimović and had previously grown hair as long as, Zlatan's, but realized he did not suit it in the least and got it cut. He wears a pair of squared glasses when off the pitch, and is near sighted, but not enough for it to be a hindrance for him when playing football and he often just wears the glasses for the fashion of it. He can often be seen wearing a football shirt, regularly wearing the PSG and Liverpool shirts among others.
Name: Petr Lundgren originally, although he does use the Forbes family name now.

Personality:
Petr is a charismatic and enthusiastic young man, utilizing a 'glass half-full persona' and always trying to see the best in a person. He is willing to try anything, whether it be American football or skydiving. However, everyone has their bad traits and, Petr is no exception to this rule. He can often times be rather vain or arrogant, to the point where he referred to himself in third person for about a year when he was 11. He also has the awful habit of saying things he will regret at a later date. Whether this be using a sensitive topic as ammunition during an argument, or generally just being a dickhead, Petr is bound to mess up somewhere down the line of an argument.
Biography:
Petr was born in Boden, Sweden to an alcoholic football fan of a father and a baker mother who spent as much time as possible away from home. While her mother wanted the best for her son, and wanted to shield him from his fathers disgusting, often violent tendencies, she could not risk being in the house, let alone being around the pig that was her husband.

Petr's father wasn't violent for the most part towards him though, often times they just watched football or Petr was outside with friends while his father drank himself to an early death within the house. He would often visit his mother at the bakery, but was forced to find other things to do if it got too busy. He performed well at school, excelling at P.E and history, but lacking in maths and geography.

Things got a lot worse around the time that Petr was 7. His mother had returned home one night during one of her husbands psychotic spills. He slashed at her with a broken bottle, and accidentally tore her throat open, after realizing what he had done he took his own life, leaving Petr all alone. He was taken into social services and lived within a foster home until he was about 10, when he ran away. He couldn't stand the constant cycle of getting his hopes up only to have them be crushed. He left for greener pastures. He left to see, Zlatan.

Ever since the first time he'd watched Zlatan play he'd been obsessed with the man, citing him as his one inspiration in life and as the coolest man ever to grace gods green earth. He hitch hiked to Paris, feeding off of others kindness and managing to get there through sheer luck more than anything. He snuck into the locker rooms, expecting to greet the team there. Unfortunately, Petr hadn't accounted for the fact that PSG was playing an away game that day.

Saddened and disheartened, Petr began making his way back to Sweden, only to be discovered by Mr. Forbes, who had been travelling on a business trip. Petr told him of his life and astounded him with his tale of travel from Sweden to France. Mr. Forbes, being the generous man he is, offered to adopt, Petr after a lengthy phone call with his wife. He helped him travel back to Sweden, filled out the paperwork and Petr was in his new home soon enough.

And somehow, people did it in real life!
However, that was then, and now is now. Plus, she'd still be banned from computers when the RP start for a little bit and anyways would be pretty fed up with being an internet warrior (Plus, she realizes that she's out of practice and if she's caught, she'd probably be trialed like an adult and would suffer years, if not a life in prison) so don't worry, I won't turn this into a spy flic.

Jade is normally described as a kind and caring individual. She tends to put others needs before her own and won't hesitate to help someone if she feels they are in need of assistance. She also has her shy moments where she tends to look at the ground and not really talk to anyone. She gets nervous when meeting new people. Despite all of this, Jade has a stubborn streak like her brother and will not budge if she sets her mind to something. She's not one to anger easily but once she is watch out because she can have quite the temper and is not afraid to give you a piece of her mind. Of course, afterwards she will be completely mortified by what she said and will apologize profusely to the person she grew angered at. If she thinks they deserve it that is. Cade is rather out-going and cheerful most of the time. He can be very protective over his sister and those he cares about and will go to many lengths to keep them safe. Cade can always been seen wearing a smile, even if he is anything but happy. Cade can also be very stubborn, especially once he sets his mind to do something. He is also very self-less, not even thinking if someone is in danger, recklessly throwing himself in harms way to protect them. Despite his cheerful nature, once Cade is angered better run because it is a force to reckon with. The quieter and calmer Cade becomes the angrier he is. He also has a soft-spot for cute things and animals, though he will never admit it. Cade can be quiet oblivious about things, it can just go over his head sometimes.

To say the twins were apart of a happy family would be stretching it a bit. They never knew their father, the man had left as soon as he found out the siblings's mother was pregnant. Their mother's parents disowned her and she was left to raise them by herself, her own sister turning her back on her. She tried her best, working three jobs. The twin's helped out where they could, staying out of their mother's way and not making a mess. Despite their mother's best efforts Cade and Jade were forced to take care of themselves sometimes. When they turned 10, their mother meet another man. It was no surprise that their mother soon married him, lured in by his money. However, not too after their step-father John soon began showing his colors. He ordered their mother around and turned to drinking.

When he grew angry he targeted Jade, the girl being the weakest one in the family. Cade desperately tried to protect his twin but there was only so much he could do and so he felt helpless when Jade stopped talking one day after particularly brutal verbal abuse courtesy of John. Cade tried everything to get Jade to talk but the girl was sent into panic attacks when someone tried to force her to talk. Cade, not knowing what else to do, started learning sign language with Jade to help his sister. Jade's muteness seemed to only incite John's anger all the more. When the twins were fourteen, a teacher had seen the bruises on Jade and CPS was involved.

Having no other relatives since their grandparents were deceased, the twins were put into the system where they were luckily both adopted by the Forbes family.

Jade was diagnosed with absence seizures, where she sort of drifts off inside her head randomly and is unaware of what is happening around her. The seizures normally last up between two minutes to five. They happen randomly and after the seizure is over Jade will continue doing whatever it was she had been doing before the seizure started. The dangerous part of this however is that while in the seizure Jade might move. Be it simply moving her hand or getting up and walking away maybe towards a staircase. She has no control over what she does nor does she remember any of it when she comes out of the seizure.

He has a fear of spiders. Throw any bug, reptile, or any other animal at him and he's fine. Spiders? Nope, not okay. He doesn't even like talking about them.
