@Aisling "Those books by J. K. Rowling are pure fiction. None of the spells in them are real," Ioan answered.

"I'm ready," Toma answered.

[Aisling]

"Oh well.... they'll make good reading material for me. I am not so good at finding real things am I? From these books to the flying carpets that I almost bought." Mystique spoke carefully as she shot a few more pictures to hide her disappointment.

Fiona headed on down the path to the next set of cages where the lions were.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "Flying carpets are real. They just aren't necessary," Ioan explained.

Toma followed her. "What a majestic male!" he said.

[Aisling]

"No way, loan! I bought a few to put on the floors of the village......" Mystique turned to loan quickly in surprise.

"WOW! That is a really big mane.... he looks mean and ready to eat me...." Fiona backed away from the lion cage.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "They only work if you know the magic behind them," Ioan said. "If you don't make them levitate, they'll stay on the ground like any other carpet will."

"Lions usually don't attack humans," Dracula ensured her. "Most wild animals are more afraid of us than we are of them. You just shouldn't get too close, and you shouldn't touch them, unless they're under hypnosis."

"Thank goodness! For a minute I was worried that the children could fly off to who knows where on them. I'm glad thatwe don't know how to make them work yet. " Mystique smiled.

"They just aren't friendly looking..... I am ready to go see the next one." Fiona spoke softly as she moved down the path a short ways.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "Daddy, can you please take a photo of me and the lions?" Toma asked.
"Sure." Dracula took out his camera and took a photo of them.

[Aisling]

Mystique saw that Fiona went off to one side so she went to check on her.

"What's wrong Fiona, love?" she knelt down next to her.

"Wild cats are so big and they make me scared." Fiona spoke softly.

"Yes, they are big. That is why they are in iron bars. They can't get out to hurt anyone. But normally wild cats and other wild animals won't attack unless you are trying to take their babies or food." Mystique spoke.
"There are smaller wild cats too. Over there is a size chart and other information on wild cats. Let's go look at it."

Fiona reluctantly wheeled over to the wall where sh saw the various wild cats.

@Aisling Dracula followed. "Most animals are less dangerous than humans, actually. Animals kill a few thousand people per year while humans kill millions. But still, you don't have to be afraid of humans. Most people you'll ever meet have never hurt anyone."

[Aisling]

@CountDracula

"I just thought that they would be little is all and I can hold them and pet them and stuff like that...." Fiona spoke sadly.

"Not all animals are small enough to pt and even if they are, those who are wild often do not want to be touched. They are not domesticated like house cats and other pets that we have." Mystique spoke softly.
"But you can get a stuffed animal at the end of the day."

[CountDracula]

@Aisling Dracula went back to the lion cage and stood in front of it. After a minute, the majestic male lion came to him and pushed it head against the cage. Dracula carefully stretched his hand through the bars and pet it. The lion closed its eyes and obviously enjoyed being pet like this. "Almost nothing is impossible if you know how to do it."

"Oh, yes!" Toma said. "Stuffed animals are great!"

[Aisling]

@CountDracula

"Let's go see the tigers. They are in the next cage. I heard that the tigers had a few babies. I wonder how big they are. And there is a nursery there for us to look at." Mystique spoke calmly as she guided the children to the tigers.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "No desire to pet a real lion?" Ioan asked as he saw what Dracula was doing.

[Aisling]

Mystique was around the corner where several tigers were laying on rocks.

"What do you think of them?" she asked then noticed that a couple were not there...

Count Dracula, loan? Vladislaus? I seem to have lost you guys....

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "We're at the lion cage," Ioan said via telepathy. "Vlad is petting the male with the big mane."

I am glad that he is having fun. For some reason Fiona thought that lions and tigers were like housecats.....I hope she likes feeding an orphan. Mystique spoke mentally.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "She can come over and pet Leo as well if she wants to," Dracula suggested. "I've told him that we mean no harm. He won't attack us."

[Aisling]

@CountDracula

I'll ask her

"Would you like to pet Leo? Count Dracula is over there petting him if you want to go see." Mystique spoke quietly.

"No way! He will get bitten!" Fiona's eyes grew large then she wheeled herself to Count Dracula.

"Uhhh.... how come you can pet that giant lion without getting hurt?" Fiona asked with a bit of fear in her voice.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "Vampires have got the ability of controlling animals," Dracula explained to Fiona. "I can tell them not to hurt us, and that we won't hurt them."

[Aisling]

@CountDracula

"But I am not a vampire...." Fiona spoke in awe.
"I wish that I was one so that I could pet more animals."
