"Yes, so much to learn and even experience. I have so many questions but I want to think about them first. And maybe we can talk together about stuff, Toma. Mihnea and your father are very important people. So is your grandfather. All of them must know tons of stuff." Mystique glanced at Mihnea then back to Toma.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "Yes, why not?" Toma answered. He loved learning, which was why he spent so much time at the library; so he quite liked Mystique's idea.

[Aisling]

"So what are we going to do next? " Mystique asked for not only was she excited, she was also curious.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "Celebrating until morning, I suggest?" Mihnea answered, smiling. "At least, that's what we do every year. Oh, and we'll watch 'Dinner for One'."

[Aisling]

"I never have celebrated that long! Is there more dancing?"

[CountDracula]

@Aisling Mihnea laughed a bit. "If you can call a bunch of drunk people conquering the dancefloor 'dancing' - yes, there is more of it." Dracula looked at the dancefloor. "Amazing how people can disgrace themselves."

Suddenly, they heard a loud noise. A shot. Dracula collapsed, bleeding strongly from his chest. "Vladi!" the father exclaimed, kneeling down next to his son and desperately trying to stop the wound from bleeding.

[Aisling]

@CountDracula
"Go take care of Count Dracula! I'll get Toma and go back inside!" Mystique spoke quickly.
"Toma! Let's get inside quickly...."

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "You better call an ambulance, I'll care for him!" Mihnea said, hurrying to take Toma to the bunker. "I can't leave this castle, I'll have to take over until dad wakes up," he added via telepathy.

Mystique quickly dialed for the ambulance and they asked questions. They finally arrived and went to where Count Dracula laid and to Mystique looked very pale. She smiled at him but she couldn't see anything that she could do. She slowly turned and headed to the castle once more.
The night was so totally ruined. Tears started to fall down her face as she walked.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "Mystique?" the father said. "It's safer if you go with us. My hospital is well-protected, and there's no known Turkish base near it..."

[Aisling]

@CountDracula

"Ok,sir. Where do I go?" Mystique whispered softly.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "I'll go with Vladi," the father said. "I'll take you there with my car... I'm much too tired to teleport, but driving should still work," Ioan said. Mihnea asked them to take Toma with them. And so, they drove to the hospital.

They had no chance following the ambulance; it was driving too fast, but Ioan knew the way anyway.

When they arrived there an hour later, Dracula was already at the OP, and his father was sitting in the hallway looking more than worried. "My poor little boy..." he said as the others came.

"How is Count Dracula doing? Is he really bad?"

[CountDracula]

@Aisling The father gulped. "Only time can tell whether he'll make it... my poor little boy... he told me that he doesn't want to die... that's what makes it all so bad... I feel sorry for him..."

[Aisling]

@CountDracula
"What kind of bullet was he hit with? Did it hit his heart?" Mystique sat down next the the father.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "It was a small projectile... a through and through bullet that severely damaged his heart... they're trying to fix it at the moment, but he has already lost a tremendous amount of blood... and if a vampire loses too much blood..." The father gulped again.

[Aisling]

@CountDracula
"What about the blood bags? Isn't there enough of them to keep him well? Or does he need vampire blood or what kind of blood? I'll give him some of my blood."

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "He needs ordinary blood, but there's one problem with vampires..." Dracula's father explained. "We 'use up' the blood that we drink, like humans digest food. That's why we have to drink so much of it every day. And if a human loses blood, it takes the body up to three months to compensate for it. A vampire's body takes twice as long, due to the fact that we diget blood, and that we can't produce our own blood cells like the human body does."

[Aisling]

@CountDracula

"So we can do is to wait until he is out of surgery? I doubt that anyone knows how long that will take.."

[CountDracula]

@Aisling The father nod. "That's all we can do... wait and hope and be there for him if he wakes up... my poor little boy... if I catch that swine..."
