@Aisling "You know... vampires can turn into any animal they like to," Dracula told Fiona. "If your mommy wants to, she can turn into a bat or a mouse, or even an elephant."

Can you really, mommy? Fiona asked.

I have only tried the cat form but I am told that I can. However, it takes a lot of concentration to change from one form to another. It is because I am a vampire, dear. Mystique spoke with a purr.


You are the coolest mom that ever lived! Fiona spoke in excitement.

Thank you, my little sweetheart. Mystique purred softly.

@Aisling "Vampires can do much more than that," Dracula told. "We're really strong, we've got good senses, we can read minds and use telepathy, we can control animals and the weather, we can hypnotize others, we can climb up walls..."

And we live for a very long time. I will always be this age and you will grow older. Once you are full grown, you may choose to become a vampire. If you became a vampire now, you will not grow up and will be a child for the rest of your life. Mystique spoke gently.

"When I am old enough to be a vampire, will you tell me?" Fiona asked.

"Yes I will. But please put me down so that I can change back to human form. Mystique spoke.

Fiona put Mystique down and watched her change into a human who realized her mistake. Quickly, Mystique began to put on her clothes.

@Aisling "It should be Fiona who tells you when she feels old enough. Not the other way around," Dracula said. "If Toma asked me to change him right now, I'd tell him about the limitations that would bring. If he still wanted it, I'd do it. Fiona's intelligent. I think she'll get what such limitations mean."

Why can't I just wait until mommy says that I am old enough? Besides I might change my mind between now and five years from now. And I don't want to be a vampire anyways which might hurt mommy's feelings. I love my mommy and would not want to hurt her feelings. Fiona asked Count Dracula.

Mystique simply smiled for she knew if Fiona wanted to be turned she would find a way.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "Because something as big as this should be your decision, Fiona. Nobody else despite you can tell whether you want to be changed or not, or whether you feel old enough for it or not," Dracula answered. "There are many people who don't want to be vampires, by the way. I didn't want to become one either."

That's too bad. I'll talk to mommy if I ever want to become a vampire. Fiona spoke happily.

@Aisling Dracula smiled. "That's a good decision."

What is the next step for Toma? Mystique asked as she began to brush her long hair.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "If everything goes well, he'll be home in a few days," Dracula answered.

That is wonderful news, Count Dracula. loan, how are you doing? and Vladislaus? Mystique asked.

Fiona went around the corner to find a restroom. She found a person who helped her inside the restroom....

@Aisling "I'm doing fine. I'm still at the observatory," Ioan answered.
"I'm good as well," Vladislaus said.

I hope that you was able to get some work done, loan. And I am glad that both of you are well. Count Dracula, do you need anything before I leave? Mystique asked.

@Aisling "At the moment, I don't," Dracula answered.
Toma woke up. "Good morning..." he said, still a little sleepy.

Fiona had just come back and was ready to do what ever. Mystique put up a finger and finished speaking.

Good morning Toma. Are you up to a couple visitors for a few minutes?

[CountDracula]

@Aisling Toma smiled. "Sure I am. The doctor said that I may get up today."

[Aisling]

@CountDracula
"Let's go see Toma. He is up and waiting." Mystique spoke.

"Ok, mommy." Fiona agreed.

Together they went to Toma's room where they knocked on the door.

@Aisling "Yes, please?" Toma said.

"It's Mystique and Fiona. May we come in?" she asked.
