Many can do various puzzles but I am not fond of the monkey family is all. But since I have not lived for a very long time, I might one day change my mind.

You are right about that, Toma. I have been told that my mind is very imaginative and I would not have imagined that many galaxies being out there.

@Aisling Toma smiled as well. "Sure. - According to the Big Bang theory, the universe has existed for 13.7 billion years. Nobody knows why the Big Bang happened, but that it happened can be seen by the cosmic background radiation."

"You are very well educated, Toma. Tell me why there aren't any new explosions that created new creatures of any type?"

@Aisling "We don't know whether there are such things," Toma answered. "According to some scientists, like Stephen Hawking, there might be thousands of parallel universes, and who knows? Maybe one of them has just had its Big Bang."

"Parallel universes? Worlds that are just like ours but set in a different time?" Mystique asked with a blank stare.

[CountDracula]

@Aisling "We don't know whether those worlds would be like ours," Ioan said. "According to the quantum theroy, every single universe that is possible exists somewhere. That means that if quantom theory is right, there is a universe where Superman is saving New York at the moment, one where people live together with dinosaurs, one with no life at all,..."

"So there could be one that ..... wait a minute! That means there could be an infinite amount of worlds!" Mystique exclaimed as she realized what the possibilities were. It just literally blew her mind.

@Aisling "Not necessarily infinite, but huge," Ioan said. "The thing is that we can't communicate with those parallel universes, if they exist."

[Aisling]

"So many possibilities though. You have lived a long time, loan. There has been a lot of changes during your lifetime hasn't there?"

@Aisling "There has. My wheelchair, for example, is one of them," Ioan answered.

@Aisling "I think that it was when Copernicus discovered that the Earth is revolving around the sun," Ioan answered. "This caused a revolution not only in astronomy but in almost every field of science."

[Aisling]

"Didn't Copernicus do something with watches or clocks? I barely remember the name."

[@Aislinbg] "I'm not sure," Ioan said. "But he's discovered that the Earth is revolving around the sun..."

"I'll have to look him up later." Mystique spoke.

Dermot trudged back to the castle and hoped to find someone up so he could come in and rest. He was exhausted and needed a place to stay. If he was not welcomed at the castle, he would spend some money on a cheap room. He didn't need anything that was fancy. He didn't care about looks or where it was that he slept but he didn't want Fiona to suffer so he chose decent places if and when he traveled.
He came to the castle with the wind blowing through his clothes. He pulled one hand out and knocked on the castle door.
