@Aisling Well... my migraine won't go away for a week if I don't take my pills on time... the problem is that ordinary painkillers don't work

I do understand that problem! Sometime I have to soak my head in a tub of very warm-nearly hot water to ease it. My migraines are more from the cold or stress.

@Aisling You might want to ask your doctor for rizatriptan

Can't have due to all the other meds that I am taking. But if I can get off a few of them, I might be able to then.

@Aisling I'd probably need to get rid of the other meds if they aren't crucial... if I have a migraine and can't do anything about it, I'll be unable to do things for a week

Just my 2 heart meds, my thyroid med, Tramadol for pain, 3 asthma meds, 2 arthritis meds, and lastly my water pill which keeps the water off my heart and ect..

With my back problems I will be going into surgery for a new knee in April. I have fibromyalgia to contend with. Thankfully that is all I have.

I am sorry but for me this is the only option. By the end of the day I can't walk.

@Aisling You still don't have to tell me about it. I'm going to jump off the next bridge if they can't find a way of undoing my surgery, and nobody can keep me from that.

That is one thing that I can't accept but I know that I can't do a thing so I just won't say any more about it.

@Aisling That is one of the diseases of our great western society... everyone knows that we all are going to die. Death is one of the most natural things, but still, we whine about it and only make our lives harder. And when somebody says he's fully accepted death, he's seen as insane.

Natural death is one thing but to commit suicide is different in my mind.

@Aisling Yeah. One is when you want it and mostly pain-free and the other happens when it wants to happen, and if it wants to make you feel pain, it will.
