21-year-old lady who don't need no significant other, currently searching for 1x1 RP partners. Fairly new at this. Will probably make mistakes. Will be looking for correction/critique. gg.

**Hell Is Empty
Fantasy/Demonology - [Duke] x Demon
A darker take on Shakespeare's The Tempest, sort of like if Ariel and Caliban were the same entity. Familiarity with the source work not required. A duke, betrayed by his brother, is shipwrecked on a deserted island with nothing but a small chest of his belongings and his baby daughter. Half-mad from dehydration and hunger, he performs black magic, summoning a lesser demon in a last-ditch effort to survive. The demon grudgingly agrees to serve the duke until he has gotten revenge on his brother--in exchange for his daughter's soul.
Love's Labour's Won
Slice of Life/Historical - [Queen] x King
Inspired by the events of Shakespeare's Love's Labour's Lost (familiarity with the source work not required). A princess and a prince of neighboring lands once had a very short-lived relationship, which broke off because of political reasons, not because they weren't in love. Three years later, the Princess (now a Queen) comes to the prince (now a King)'s kingdom on business. They both have moved on, but now they must figure out what their relationship is and how they can build a decent one after a passionate spark has faded. This should be lighthearted, kind of awkward and sweet, and will explore that weird not-best-friends-not-lovers area that I talked about in my romance section. Also, we could potentially double, and in that doubling we could work out some classic Shakespearean comedy romance shenanigans à la Twelfth Night or Midsummer. If this interests you but you're unfamiliar with Shakespeare's world & work, don't worry. I teach Shakespeare for a living and would love to inform you.

Greek Mythology/Modern/Tragedy - [Me] x You
A small, sleepy midwestern town is populated by characters of myth. This one's pretty open-ended, but there is a certain mystic-Midwestern/Southern Gothic aesthetic that I feel in this town, and which will show through my characters. Dionysus, Tiresias, and Medea are my three favorites, but I'll probably only be playing one or two for the purposes of our RP so I won't even call them fully reserved. Let me know if this idea interests you, and I'll go into more detail/gush about my headcanons and we can work out an actual plot.
