I took back my invitation for anyone to join this fight. I didn't realize it would be such an upsetting matter, just difference in generations. The people I grew up would have loved to have more people jump in. But that was my mistake. So again, I apologize to LeeRoy.

Oh there is story, I just thought originally that LeeRoy's challenge to me was war related. I didn't know it was just a 1v1 exhibition. Hence why I invited everyone in. But I was mistaken, so I made a new thread for the story to under go.

And in the same spirit, the Timelord is getting lost. Nice knowing yah, I look forward to the war thread.

And I can probably remove the bit about him being able to see the future, or at least tone it down somewhat.

Time is a very fickle and frail concept allowed in RP fighting - anywhere. It's borderline Godmod. Your blades being able to age things are well within the boundries. But predicting through seeing various events...it's something that would most likely end up having to be removed.

@SeedI'll have a post up tonight, once I get home from work. I get home around 10:30-11:20 so I'll probably have a post up by Midnight.

@CruallassarI'll also explain how space and time manipulation can be fair and can be totally unfair, because I created Baron to deal with space and time manipulation. Oddly enough.

@Seed

I suppose we could play out our characters meeting together and thus give you in-character chance to explain motivations, etc.

Don't really care anymore, you are kinda late. People have stated that the primary thing that is beyond the bounds of godmodding and whatnot is his time-sense, so I already toned it down to more of a Jedi-level incoming danger sense. And since your Baron is utterly irrelevant as far as the Timelord is concerned now, since the Timelord already left the battle...or never existed, but since I prefer to fix IC mistakes IC, I prefer the former...unless he joins the war, how he can deal with space-time manipulation is irrelevant. That said, if the two ever do happen to get in a fight, you can please feel free to explain this to me. In as non-insulting a way as possible.

I'll get to work on a post; I'm posting in the IC of the other thread, right?

Since Doc made that posting mistake they should probably report the post to be removed.

Someone is about to get heavily corrected. If I were you I would research momentum. Weight has very little to do with momentum besides making it easier or harder to build up moment. Simply because I weigh less does not mean you have enough force to stop the momentum of my movements simply because of my weight lol.

Speed + weight.

Simple enough. A car moving at 30 mph will carry significantly less force than a train moving the same speed.

That is not quite right. Momentum= mass x velocity. So a smaller mass moving at greater velocity can have the same momentum as a slower velocity larger mass object.

LeeRoy is right in the sense that at the same velocity (MPH) the train has greater momentum though. So what Seed is ultimately arguing is that his character so outclasses LeeRoy's in terms of the ability to produce velocity that he can overcome his extreme mass disadvantage. I'm not sure if the sheets actually substantiate this claim, but it is what he's saying.

Also I have no idea why I'm here, except that I felt your assertion that LeeRoy was about to be 'heavily corrected' was a bit pre-emptive. Also LeeRoy is still technically representing the Arena in an OOC sense, so I'm obviously in his corner.

I'll head off now.

Exactly what Skalla said.

Think of it as me throwing a baseball at a wall. Normally it would bounce off, if it were a brick wall. However, if I increase the momentum and force behind it enough it could break through the wall, despite teh wall holding more weight and density than the ball itself. Of course that would never happen realistically. But seeing as this is fantasy we're doing, I could implement enough force and momentum to shatter through the wall with ease.

Like I said, I would recommend researching momentum a bit since I fight using kinetic energy and momentum forces.

No, LeeRoy is not correct.

Let's assume his Train is his goliath.

Let's assume my car is Tetsue.

If we were going at the same speed (which is just momentum, not necessarily force) his train would win.

But I've not only put nitro on my car, but increased the momentum and force behind my car that a train without any form of improvements or amplifications put on, would be over come with the Car and be driven through.

Science.

I am not saying that I am unstoppable because of this. I am saying that simply because his character weighs more, does not mean my momentum or force amplifications are basically useless. Which is implied in his post.

@Seed Though the counterpoint is that the two share a similar ability, and I mentioned that he too used his amplification. It's a matching of force.
