Hazama maintains a calm and quiet demeanor around most people, pretending to be harmless as a member of the Intelligence Department. He claimed to hate fighting and preferred to avoid conflict. This, however, was simply a guise to his true nature. When people saw through it, he showed his true colors as selfish and manipulative; destroying other people's lives and twisting their beliefs for his own gain. He has no qualms with killing those who got in his way and shows absolutely no remorse for his actions.
He is shown to be just as cruel and detached as Terumi himself, working in sync with him with almost no problems and taking just as much pleasure from the suffering of others as he did. Hazama takes every opportunity to upset others by mocking them, deliberately provoking them, or even bringing up and prodding at a sensitive topic; all for his own enjoyment. Even when he was on the losing side of a conflict, he would take the time to insult and taunt his foes.
His cruelty seems to be born as a result of the fusion with Terumi, as he only has his nice demeanor in Central Fiction.
Bio: Hazama was at the cusp of victory, along with allies, Relius clover and Saya the imperator. Otherwise known as the god of death, Izanami. He was left to oversee the progress of the summoning of takamagahara, before he was cut down by a combination of forcing his true form, Yuuki Terumi, into the forefront of their conciousness, and Hakumens time killer skill, which killed all of Yuuki terumis time. Or seemingly. Hazama and Terumi slowly faded out of existence within their universe, and found themselves floating within the boundary. It took them many years, but eventually they managed to free themselves. However, rather then their home universe, they found themselves thrown to the multiverse. Where they met and joined the reign of chaos.

A brief description:
Hazama/Yuuki Terumi is only as strong as the hatred felt for him by the person he is fighting. Someone who feels nothing but hatred for him would make him nigh unbeatable, while those who have indifference, or worse, refuse to acknowledge his existence, would find him anywhere between weak, to literally nonexistent. His entire existence is dependent on the hate felt for him. And with his time in the reign of chaos, he has had plenty of time to make plenty of enemies.
Weapons:
Geminus Anguium: Ouroboros; a steel hook crafted in the shape of a snake that he summoned in front of him, attached to a chain of green/black energy, which he could use to attack opponents from afar, or reel them in, as well as zip around the battlefield quickly, if not instantly, and close gaps between him and his foes.

A number of drives and finishes, but I shall not be using those. Well, maybe the Astral finish. But that will only be against like, near dead people. As it can only be used against people that are literally, beaten, bloody, and broken.

As hazama, they are theoretically immortal. In that, by destroying Terumis artificial body, he shall simply escape back into the boundary in his ghostly incorporeal form. So unless one brings yuuki terumi out, hazama could theoretically be revived with a new body, and with help out of the boundary
