Personality - Mudheart will initially come across as the type who is snarky, work-focused, and quick to take charge of almost any situation. At his core, however, he’s a decent cat. Years of constant working and losing cats he cared for, have all left him in a state of mind that does not easily allow things like friendships to grow. But behind all that is a cat who desires nothing more than to see both himself and those he works with succeed in all their endeavors, and he will often go to surprising lengths to see such things through to the end. While it is never immediately apparent, he does care about the well-being of others, if only so that they can maintain their capability and willingness to continue fighting.
Relationships -
History - When Mudheart was born, his parents didn't believe he would live. Partly because his littermates didn't survive the bitter cold and partly because he was far too tiny and weak. But against all odds, he lived. Fueled by the intense need to be better than every cat in his clan, young Mudheart was a reckless and daring apprentice. He was determined to be the best fighter and the best hunter, his thoughts on one path only; to become the clan leader.
However, after receiving a scratch from a nasty fall, Mudheart had the pleasure to be stuck with Rainpelt, BoulderClan's former Medicine Cat. The Medicine Cat was not amused with Mudheart's ungrateful attitude and soon enough, the two were bickering every day. The rest is history. Unfortunately, the fairly young gray mottled she-cat died during the bitter winter that also claimed their former leader.
