Speaking of which, where's @Legion02? He hasn't posted here for a while, and it shouldn't be from lack of things to post about.

P.S. @Double Capybara, the animals are being dealt with. Toun gave knowledge of animal taming to the Rovaick.

I've tried, but after the long absence I'm honestly not that happy anymore about my Death god :/. I'll probably leave (unless, by some magical way I can make him reborn like the death-hungry bastard I want him now. But doing that plotwise would take several posts and turn him upside down completely).

Or one post. I mean, Vestec's hoards just descended upon his chosen people, destroying one half and corrupting the other. The race he had invested so much into and had such great plans for...any normal god would go absolutely baloney, to be honest. Wouldn't be surprised if they develop some kind of schizophrenic way of coping...

But if you aren't feeling it and you know in your heart that you are no longer able to commit, just let us know. We'll give you an honourable farewell, with something along the lines of 'Another one bites the dust' playing in the background, followed by a solemn recital by @Frettzo of the following poem.

DEATH be not proud, though some have called thee
Mighty and dreadfull, for, thou art not so,
For, those, whom thou think'st, thou dost overthrow,
Die not, poore death, nor yet canst thou kill me.
From rest and sleepe, which but thy pictures bee,
Much pleasure, then from thee, much more must flow,
And soonest our best men with thee doe goe,
Rest of their bones, and soules deliverie.
Thou art slave to Fate, Chance, kings, and desperate men,
And dost with poyson, warre, and sicknesse dwell,
And poppie, or charmes can make us sleepe as well,
And better then thy stroake; why swell'st thou then;
One short sleepe past, wee wake eternally,
And death shall be no more; death, thou shalt die.

Just to reiterate. In the Desert, giant's live in it, and a few humans tribes (villages or town now, Bronze Age) Sin got a desert to take over.

Right now there isn't much to take over. No humans or Hain live in the desert right now but my next post will change that. So far Zephyrion has kept them out, so it's just a bunch of stray elementals and giants. No settlements. Ogres live around the nearby Venomweald jungle though.

Zephyrion is really vicious about keeping people out of "his" land and tried to kill Vulamera over it. That being said, soon Sin will have an opportunity to try to do stuff there without an angry god trying to kill him because Zephyrion will be...preoccupied with Amul'Sharar and Fate after him.

Perfect, gomna need a few different races to do what Sin wants to do, Hain, Human, Orge, don't know about giants. Greed and Envy has compelled him to take what doesn't belong to him.

To be honest, sand is intrinsically linked to Time, so these are all actually Vowzra's deserts

I love how BBeast made mountains full of gems and metal, Niciel has her happy land, and Lugubrious made a variety of cool places with all sorts of exotic creatures, and yet the most contested piece of real estate is the giant desert that has nothing but sand and angry elementals in it.

You know, I just realized something. Without Hael, I can't have Niciel interact with Vulamera. Without Vulamera, the core part of my plan involving Vestec goes straight down the drain.

Shit.

Additionally, without Vulamera, poor Lifprasil is going to lose the only influence in his life which isn't trying to mess everything up somehow.

If there is something important involving Vulamera, just let us GMs know OOCly (or PM if you wish) and we can sort it out.

Just a note for anyone who wants to read something while waiting on posts and such!

If you like science horror and weird fiction, there's nothing I can think of right now that's given me more cause to look over my shoulder than the Interface Series. Think Jvan, but actually spooky, among many many other things. Its descriptions are acutely human and all the more chilling for it.

One thing I really think you would like to give a chance is the Fallen London / Sunless Sea games. Especially Fallen London, which starts tame, but over time gets more and more wicked.

Just look at the mess one particular quest caused:
