Well, the story is mostly revolving around the Block 66 gang and their associates. This is mostly about a gang who are still growing and the individual dealings they have with other people. The gang works with the Russian Mob since Block 66 is pretty much in their territory and work under Ivolgin. Basically...they do as they please but pay their dues to Ivolgin as respects to being part of his territory. The Russian Mob gets a piece of the action from all groups who are basically in their boundary. situations will be sure arrive that will involve both groups.

Kind of yeah. Like, he (or she) would be there go to lawyer. And they wouldn't necessarily be very innocent themselves. So they'd probably cut the gang a good deal in return for some illicit goods or services.
