Basic Information
Name:
Olivia Emma Verde (Storm Midori)
Age:
22
Gender:
Female
Appearance & Attire:
Olivia is a woman in her early twenties that is of medium height and weight (Five-six feet tall, and one-hundred-and-thirty pounds, respectively). Her body is well toned due to exercise and whatnot. Olivia's ways of keeping fit aren't exactly "ladylike," she omits yoga for running, sports, practicing Muay Thai, and lifting weights. These hobbies have allowed Olivia to develop a muscular, which accents her curvature. She certainly has curves on her. Her thighs are quite thick and strong from all the running, so are her calfs. Which leads to people making jokes about how she can crush a water melon in between them (Which she refuses to confirm or deny). Legs are also slightly longer than usual. Her behind, naturally, is somewhat big - she's no slouch in the chest area eiher. Her stomach region has a faint trace of abs. Arms are also toned. Though, she doesn't exactly have the bulging muscles you'd expect from a female body builder, her build is somewhat like a less buff MMA fighter. Olivia, in terms of ethnicity is mixed between Asian, and South American. Her mother was Japanese, and her father is Brazilian. Her skin color appears to be fully Caucasian, while she looks South American in the face (Her eyes are slanted like Asians). It's quite hard to tell unless you know where to look. Olivia's hair is a short, dark-brown color. She keeps her hair cut short, and spiky. Worn very loose, it flaps wildly in the wind. Olivia's face is heart-shaped, with her face getting thinner leading up to her square chin. Her eyes are a brown color, slanted, and almond shaped. Her nose is medium-sized, and upturned, nostrils not being particularly large. Seems oddly large in contrast to her thin lips, and somewhat small mouth. Finally, her ears are medium sized, and diamond shaped.
Power Information
Power Class:
Elemental
Power:
Weather Manipulation.
Olivia truly is the storm. Where ever she walks, a thunder will follow. Olivia has the power to sense, create, shape and manipulate weather. This ability is very versatile, and the elemental nature of this ability gives her a limited manipulation of weather related elements. This ability splits down in two different paths; the summoning of individual weather affects, and creating storms. In regards to the first path, she can control and summon rain, wind, hail, lightning, snow, fog, and a subconscious control over temperatures, in a localized area. This might be a bit more like a control over an element. For example, Olivia can create a heavy rain storm, create a powerful blast of wind, drop the area temperature and produce snow, summon bolts of lightning, throw up a blanket of fog, and so on. Olivia also has a minor elemental control over water/ice (It has to be rain/snow), wind, and water vapors like fog. They are no where near as strong as a dedicated elemental type, however. It's a very rudimentary form of control that mostly allows her to move it, she can't move a massive amount of it. This ability has a wide variety of offensive and defensive techniques, of course. Even a mobility increase, as Olivia is capable of using air currents to fly. The other half of her ability is the production of storms. Olivia has the ability to blanket a wide area in a mighty, raging storm. This differs from her individual control, as it blankets a wider area in a dangerous rain, wind, thunder, or snow storm. This ability can be truly devastating on a group of enemies, and can cause much destruction. A very powerful feat - but it requires a lot more effort, and also requires that she remains stationary in one place. She can also manipulate existing storms (Intensify them, or disperse them).
Limits:
Olivia's abilities aren't as monstrously strong as they appeared. Her powers (even the storms) don't go up to the scale of cities. Her individual control over the weather elements has a rather short range compared to the ability to produce larger storms. Olivia can only summon a weather affect twenty-five feet of herself. Her elemental control also doesn't have the same finesse as those who specialize in an elemental, and they can effortlessly overpower her control. As for her creation of storms, there's also a certain set of limits for that ability. While she can cause a large amount of destruction in an area, Olivia is the center of that storm, and it follows her. If she leaves the area and heads to another, the storm will fade away in that section, and has to start up again in another. So, say if Olivia caused a massive rainstorm to take out a horde of mooks, and she is forced to retreat, that storm will disappear, and another will start in her new location. Which means she's not good at giving chase, or could be chased off herself.
The ability also works better if she's standing still. Also, she doesn't exactly have control over the storms she creates - once she gets one going, it's fair game. Creating storms is also very exhausting, after crafting any kind of storm, she'll need lots of time to recover. In addition, she'll have a hard time fighting, and creating storms, since generating a storm is a very taxing process that requires her full attention. Now, I feel like I should cover calling down bolts of lightning because of how devastating they can be. First, Olivia can't just randomly summon a bolt of lightning on the fly. She'll need to stop, focus, and will the bolt of lightning to the target. And it's a very inaccurate process, so there's a chance she'll miss. Missing can be much worse when you consider the short range of her ability to summon weather effects. Finally, Olivia's effectiveness is dependent on whether or not she's indoors. She can't summon most of her weather effects while indoors for obvious reasons, Olivia can only control fog, wind, and control water. Though, she can affect the building with weather effects from the outside. However, she needs to be outdoors (or at least have the sky above her) to create a deadly storm.

Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
First and foremost, Olivia has zero resistance to any weather affects she creates. Which means she can electrocute herself, freeze, or hinder her own vision in a storm. Same goes for other people, and property. Everything is collateral damage, and she's not the kind of person who'd enjoy destroying things. I should probably come up with more weaknesses, but #yolo.
Other
