Some people think mind reading is a thing. It really isn't. We just gotta try to not assume the worst with stupid people and just worry about ourselves. It takes two people to make a roleplay work and when one is doing all the work, shit is gonna fail. It sucks when you're the only one trying to save a sinking ship but if the other ain't helping, let is sink after a few SOS attempts.

Yeah I did notice it was in Casual, which is fine, because I've seen some amazing casual roleplays around here but they can breed the complacency that free has. And a slow turnover rate from Interest Check to OOC is a dangerous one, gotta be quick about it and sometimes life has the worst timing. Would you be able to snag one or two people and beak off into another PR RP? I offer that sometimes if the group isn't working out.

Um, I'd need to see the cast we have in action, and I also like a small dedicated group anyway. The problem is that I don't feel anyone is AS dedicated to a rp as yourself, and the only OTHER person that gave me the vibe that they GAVE A FUCK had bowed out to give a one-liner rp dropper. Shit SUCKS dude... so I'll probably just hope for a 1x1 where someone's willing to rp it or maybe a small group emerges one day that's game. I dunno.

Awww you're too kind to me. What about making an interest check in the one on one section? I don't do PR at all or have even seen/read it otherwise I'd try to help...it's like Star Trek or Heroes with you. XD But it does suck when you get excited and invested and then it kind of just falls apart, like a kick to the nuts...or boobs.

Yeah. But have you ever TRIED doing less? I end up losing some partners because I go too hard in a post. I will sit there and tell myself, "Okay, only 500 words." and do almost 1,500 words instead. I can't really hold myself back.

I hate Sasuke but part of me would play him or HInata to get you to do Shikamaru and Sakura but again, our plots and pairs are pretty rare. But still you and I somehow make Joffrey and Arya work so not all is lost. I'd say it wouldn't hurt to make an interest check. It's probably pointless but better to try than not? Though it is tough to find good roleplayers who respect a character and don't make a mockery of it. Some crazy future Gohan or Trunks love triangle with present or future 18 would be bonkers. I can't imagine the angst that would bring. The would might end.

I did drum up some random ShikaSaku plots, they're in the interest check section, they're all crap but I though someone might take the bait, no such luck. It could even start off KakaSaku and go to ShikaSaku. We will have to see where things go, we do need to get further with our stuff right now, as we said a few months ago haha. I am sooo jonsing for ShikaSaku though, fuck cravings man.

I loved that movie, plus the music was fucking tight. I wonder if 19 and 19 were ever a thing or probably not. I hope not. I don't like 19...guy reminded me of Vegeta too much and Hiei maybe cause I think of the voice actor or something. You should woo me with a one shot lol

Well she married Krillin which... made no sense, but it seems popular to pin two characters together that have no real chemistry, like Naruto and Hinata, and just call it a day. She stopped fighting and chose to be a housewife for some reason, only fighting again for prize money since Krillin was a bum with no job at the time.

And we're back on the path again. I think I might have rambled a little too much but I couldn't find anything that HAD to be cut in one look through. Then again by the end of it I was pretty sleepy, hehe.

So I think in your next post you could end it by Botan having some sort of outburst with Shiori? Botan's absentminded, slower in body, probably weaker too, but I wanted it to be more of a slow burn and not have it happen so fast. It struck me as sensible to make the student's manipulation of her emotional and mental state to be more intense since he would now know for sure that Botan isn't just a new girl, and that she was one of Koenma's pawns. So maybe this buildup won't take AS long, but it won't happen SUPER fast. Like, maybe at dinner with Shiori is when the irritability settles in, and Shiori's concern is not something Botan ignores but becomes tired of, so she says something a little too aggressive and heads to her room where Kurama tries to confront her about what's really going on.

The bad student confronting Kurama and Botan's near-suicide would have to happen tomorrow, since there's no chance in hell it would take that much longer for Kurama to figure out that Botan fell under the sway of the enemy. Does this sound agreeable to you, or do you want us to slow it down more?

I think your timeline is good though in your post it's Saturday technically so they wouldn't have school. You may wanna edit it to so we've skipped to Monday. Yeah, that was what I was thinking. At least Kurama can see that its running deeper than just what's going on in public, and it's a drastic change from who she was days ago. The talk at dinner featuring a more confrontational Botan could yield more insight. And as we know, Kurama is NOT dumb, so he's going to figure out that she is being influenced. Just as he does, boom, evil student, yadayada exposition, save Botan, free her from control.

Sounds like a good plan to me. I think after that Kurama and Botan wouldn't wanna stray too far from one another, as he said, it's too risky not to take precautions. I know Shiori will become a target eventually, we didn't want the final showdown to happen yet though.

Yeah the Shiori involvement wouldn't occur until waaaay down the line. But Botan being under threat would have him take some precautions to protect Shiori, I gotta figure out what that is though~

What if there's some kind of plant that could ward off basic demons or send some kind of signal to Kurama? I'm sure Koenma could help lend surveillance as needed as it's clear the situation is growing?

I considered that but I thought it would make me too full of shit to just make a plant that wards demons xD He'll plead Koenma to keep an additional eye on Shiori where he can't, since the only weakness Kurama has is honestly Shiori and Botan, and Botan can at least see and deal with demons to an extent.

I think Koenma wouldn't take much pleading. He's not heartless. Plus I think Botan would give Koenma enough shit to make him do it either way. Koenma and Kurama seem to respect one another and when Shiori is taken away, it'll be a big blow for the plot and relationships. Kurama trusted Koenma but the guards were no match for Goshikuru, dun dun dun.
