[OOC] A Moment of Weakness (LaShana & Kate)

I love a good vamp rp. I'm use to playing the older, stronger wise-ass vamp, but this time I want to change things up a bit. I'm looking for someone to play an older male vamp, very set in his ways - reclusive and standoffish if you will. In a moment of pity on my character, he saves her from death and brings her into new life with him. As a new challenging, she's less than pleasant to deal with, quite overbearing and far to "alive" for his tastes. We can come up with a larger "plot" if you will, but I like the idea of character developing these two. Will she bring him back up for air or will he pull her down for quiet reprieve?

We can add in some specifics about the opening scene here and then get started. Again, she will be a vamp hunter from the church that is dying of cholera. Let's put them in the 1930s or so and keep the technology and historical accuracy loose as I hate to be tied down.

Let's do a quick, easy CS as I hate them with a passion.

Love him... he's perfect. He looks withdrawn and lost to his own world. I'll work on my CS shortly and post up my original post in the IC. I dreamt this one up a few months ago and wrote the opening scene for her.

We'll start with her dying and him catching the smell or word of it - or whatever you want... her death - his changing her and then we'll plot in here to see what adventure we hit up next. :)

Awesome. I just woke up and am off to dinner with my mom. She leaves for Isreal tomorrow and I wanted to give her some comfort and money!!

My day was busy. A lot to do at work as usual. But now I can enjoy four days of relaxation. :)

Oh that's nice! I wish I had a few days off to enjoy. I have next Monday and the following Friday off, but not in a row. :P

So, thoughts. And feel free to kill them if you don't like them

After she is turned, her body will need a while to adjust to the changes and she goes into unconciousness for a while. During this time he brings her back to his mansion. (Of course he has to have a mansion) I was also thinking since he's so old, he could be an elder or pure-blood or whatever we want to call it - but one of the few "original" vampires in existence. Being an elder/pure-blood he's also the clan leader. It was also thinking the church and the vampire hunters will be very familiar with his name as he's one of two elders/pure-bloods in the area, but they have no face to put to the name. They have never seen him, which can give a fun scene where she wakes up and thinks he's just an ordinary vampire. (Tihi) Last thought I had was that at the beginning I'm thinking she might have trouble with the whole blood thing. But having nowhere else to go and her desire grows stronger (You can have her fight it for as long as you want, but sooner or later it will take the upper-hand) she can finally be able to drink from a glass, not knowing who it came from. Gradually I was thinking Vincent could become food source, and therefore also giving them a stronger bond between each other. He could begin with cutting himself to let her feed before letting her do it herself before she feels comfortable using her fangs.

But these are just thoughts. Feel free to change, kill or love them. :)

I love them all except I'd like her to know him. She wa one of the strongest huntresses for the church and a formidable challenge to him. I'd love that tension and her inner battle with even being near him and yet understanding him to be her only chance of survival.

The rest is golden. That ok?
