Wonderlocke: Fit For A Queen, Part 1; Rise of A Noble
(Credit for the challenge goes to the original creator of the Nuzlocke, ThatOnePokemonTrainer)

In the wake of a gorgeous morning, a Fledgling chirped as it ascended the staircase. "Oh, happy day, happy day!~" it chimed, entering the upstairs room and issuing a, "Wake up, sleepy-head!" and a divebomb into the girl wrapped up in pink blankets. Her eyes flew open, a fiery rage filling them. "Why, you insolent fowl! If I get my hands on you, I'll bake you and stuff my pillow with your feathers!", she screamed, throwing off her covers in anger. The Pokemon shrieked and begged for mercy before flying back downstairs. With a burning expression, she stumbled over to the mirror in her room, next to the overly big television and just as superfluous Wii U system. "Felicity, are you ready yet?!" another woman called out from downstairs. "I'm getting there, mother!", the young Felicity replied.

This was the routine, each day. Felicity had always been...difficult. Ever since she found out that they had a distant royal relative, she had acted like a royal pain. The only difference on this particular morning was the location. Felicity and her mother had moved to Vaniville Town, a small village in the Kalos region, from the bustling Castelia City of Unova the night before. The change of pace was not sitting well with Felicity, and she made no efforts to hide her displeasure. A scowl adorned her fair features as she brushed her honey-colored hair, and changed from her pajamas into her everyday clothes. A crimson fedora, white sunglasses, a black shirt, shoes, and stockings, and a short skirt which matched her hat. "Oh, can't forget this...", Felicity mumbled, before grabbing her stylish pink purse.

Finally submitting to her mother's will, Felicity greeted her mother only slightly better than the Fletchling in the living room, who was now cowering under the couch. "Good day, mother." She said with a bemused expression. "Morning, dear! Did you finally get rested up from the move?" The older woman asked, her brown hair bouncing in delight, as well as the hoodie tied around her waist. "I slept adequately. Though it was hard, with this country air." Felicity groaned. A flicker of annoyance crawled across her mother's face, before being replaced with her usual jovial nature. "Good! Well, no sense staying inside all day! Some of the neighbor kids are already outside, waiting to meet you!"

Felicity's eyebrow rose a bit. "The country peasants want to fraternize with me? Ha! Just a single night, and they already know who's superior." She chuckled to herself, before flipping hair out of her hazel eyes. "Well, best not keep them waiting..." As she stepped out, her mother heaved a breath of relief and tried to comfort Tweetums, the family Fletchling.

Opening the door, Felicity was greeted with two young people. One, a girl with absurd hair and a childish pink outfit. The other, a pale boy with medium length dark hair and an atrocious track suit. I was right about the peasant bit...they can't even afford decent clothes. Felicity mentally scoffed, before they introduced themselves. "Hey there! We're your new neighbors, and since you just moved to town, we thought we'd introduce ourselves! I'm Shauna," The girl started out, "and I'm Calem. Pleasure to meet you." The boy finished. Felicity cleared her throat, and gave the usual spiel...

"I am Lady Felicity Von Greiger, of the Greiger dynasty. My great-great-great-great-grandfather, Harold Von Greiger, was a wealthy nobleman, and as such, I, my dear peasants, am of noble blood. Remember that, and you shall live many happy years." She rattled off, leaving the two new comers in shock. "Well, it's uh...nice to meet you, Lady...Felicity." Shauna said sheepishly, utterly confused. Calem scratched the back of his head. "Right...we also came to tell you that the Professor of this Region, Professor Sycamore, is looking for five kids to carry out a task for him. And lo' and behold, guess who he chose..." he dropped off at the end, before Felicity lit up. "Oh, how marvelous! This Professor Sycamore gentleman has incredibly good taste! But he should know, I do not take orders, and I shall only agree to this 'task' in order to leave this backwater pit. Also, I demand a shipment of Whipped Dream sweets to be delivered as payment."

Placing his fingers on his temples, Calem muttered an Oh God why her... before shaking his head and throwing up his hand. "Just...meet us in Aquacorde..." He and Shauna both dashed out of the lawn, and Felicity walked fashionably, always, to the gate. She spared a glance to the sky before heading onto the path to Aquacorde Town. "Soon, this entire region will be mine." A devious smile accompanied the ambitious words.

Wonderlocke: Fit For A Queen, Part 2: A Lady's Best Friend

On the short path to Aquacorde, Felicity wondered if she really was willing to take on a mission from some stranger she had never met. He was a Professor, so he wasn't just an average pleb, but a lady like herself should never just give in so easily. However, it was a wondrous opportunity, one that she wasn't all that keen to give up. The cream-colored stones of Aquacorde Town came into view, and shortly after she entered, Felicity was called over to a table by Calem. Two new kids were there, a short boy with ginger hair like a helmet, and a rather large one with a Vanillite t-shirt and very short black hair. And just when I thought those two were ridiculous enough... Felicity mentally groaned while looking at Calem and Shauna, both looking less than thrilled.

Felicity did her usual strut over, taking a seat at the table. "Hey Trevor, Tierno...this is Felicity. No, wait, excuse me, Lady Felicity..." Calem said, making air-quotes around 'Lady'. A heated glance from the young woman shut him up quite fast. The large one, Tierno, waved. "Hey, I'm Tierno! Pleased to meet you! My dream is to assemble the greatest Pokemon dance team ever!" He said with unbridled enthusiasm. A smirk etched itself onto Felicity's face. Then a chuckle bubbled up in her throat...before devolving into hysterical laughter. "You? A...d-dancer? That's...bahahahaha!" She nearly fell out of her seat, and Tierno frowned pretty deeply. Even shedding a tear. Trevor looked mortified, simply looking down at the ground and muttering, "I'm Trevor..."

Felicity stopped mid-insulting laugh. She put a hand to her ear, "What was that, you pasty shut-in?" She asked, the insult sounding like a normal remark thanks to her faux superiority. Trevor just started to cry. No sad words, no frowns, just tears. Shauna looked to Felicity. "So, uh...nicknames are fun! What should we call you, Felicity? Lady F? F-kins? Freaking Jerk?..." Shauna mumbled the last part to Calem, causing him to smirk and roll his eyes.

"You shall refer to me as your Queen. That shall serve as your childish "nickname". No other will do." Felicity stated matter-of-factly. Calem facetabled, Shauna buried her face in her hands, and Tierno just shook his head before placing a case on the table. Inside were three Poke-Balls. "For the love of God, take one, and this letter, and go." He said angrily, handing her a letter. Felicity smiled, clapping her hands together. She grabbed the middle one, and released the monster inside...

"Am I finally getting adopted? Oh my God, finally! I-" The Fennekin turned abruptly to see the no-nonsense girl looking down at him. "You. Congratulations. You shall serve as my Court Wizard in the council I shall assemble on this journey. Are we clear?" Felicity instructed, not allowing room for debate. "That gypsy wasn't lying, I am cursed..." The newly deemed Court Wizard whimpered. "What was that, insolent fool?!" She yelled, picking him up by his scruff. "N-nothing, ma'am!" He squealed back. "Excellent! Let's be off then!" Her mood instantly changed, now cuddling the Fennekin. "Why?..." Wizard mumbled.

Before leaving, Shauna stopped Felicity, a Chespin in her arms. "Wait, Fel-...my Queen...I want you to be my first battle!" At the mention of the battle, the Grass-type in the girl's embrace went stiff, shaking his head minutely at Wizard. "Don't do it, man...we're old poker buddies, remember? All those drinks we shared?" He said shakily, before being placed on the ground. Wizard looked up at his new Trainer, whose smile seemed to be made of razor-sharp daggers. "Go on, my sweet...show no mercy." She said with a fierce, evil tone. The Fennekin was on the stones now, before looking to the Chespin. "I'm sorry...I'm so sorry..." Wizard muttered, before shooting burning bits of fire from its mouth, setting the other starter ablaze, "WHY?! OH, FOR THE LOVE OF ARCEUS, WHY?!" was all it could say before fainting. "Li'l Chespin? Li'l Chespin! Wake up!" Shauna cried, shaking the unconscious Pokemon.

"And the rest shall fall just as easily. Come now, my Wizard, off to see Mother again." Felicity picked up the Fox Pokemon, who had small tears in his eyes, as he looked to the body of his once friend. It would be a long journey...
