I tend not to mention/promote if people are not active, if they wanted to be, they would be posting etc.

@Vermillion Or there is the possibility that they've forgotten. You could at least mention everyone to get an explanation. Surely it's not too much to ask the players to take thirty seconds to say why they haven't posted IC for so long. If they've been busy or are still busy, it'd be nice to know if they plan to be back later or not.
