Are you dehydrated in the slightest? If I don't drink enough water I get really bad migraines, well that's one of my reasons. x]

Mine's usually from straining my eyes alot, but being currently unemployed, I have nothing to do but play games or hit up the guild or youtube <_< Gawd I need a job...

I have a pair mostly for reading since I can't look at small print too much without getting major headaches, but I think I might need to up my prescription soon.

Yeah I'm getting an eye exam this month actually. My eyesight used to be so perf till I started spending all of my time reading music and being online.

Yeah, MSG gives me headaches too lmao. Ramen has A LOT of msg, a long with a bunch of other chips and stuff so I try to avoid it.

Yeah, I forgot lunch today at work and a coworker gave me their noodles. I ate it and later had a massive migraine xD... Had to take excedrin and my head still lightly aches

Yeah excedrin works miracles, what else helps is flushing the msg out of your system with a lot of water. It does help. ^^
