This is more of a question and less of an actual important thing.

A New Renaissance
The Great War of 2103 brought all of Humanity to its knees. The Nuclear Winter, Famine, and Plague that followed the conflict would decimate the human population, but it would also destroy the risk of overpopulation for a long time. The period of 2103 to 2161 would eventually come to be known as the Second Dark Ages. During this time humanity would live in Tribes or underground. Humans would not forget the knowledge of the time before the Great War, so when the skies finally cleared they set out to rebuild humanity to what it once was, and they would succeed. One Hundred years after the Great War the first real nations rise from the chaos and become world powers. They would rebuild what their ancestors lost, and they would advance from the basis. The One Hundred Year period of The Second Dark Ages and the eventual Rediscovery that would follow it would be nothing but a setback to advancement, and humans would once again turn their eyes to the stars. The year is 2321, and humanity is on the edge of something great. Technological advancements have allowed for the creation of colonies on planets and moons near Earth. Meanwhile, nations have began the creation of Large Stockpiles of Nuclear Weapons, putting us close to the Destruction they have already gone through once.
Hello and welcome to A New Renaissance (ANR), a Semi-Dystopian NRP. That not so brief text above this is the background information for those who plan on creating nations. When making your nation you're encouraged to add events to this period and to flesh it out with the nations involved (For example, if you play a nation out in the Former United States maybe talk about if the US where the cause of the Great War). This NRP is labeled Advanced because I am making it mandatory for all IC posts to have at least three paragraphs.
This NRP will be character based, meaning that all IC posts will be done from the perspective of a certain character, such as a soldier or a leader. Stats are not going to be used in this NRP, so you are allowed to put the specific size of your army or the specific amount of money you make in your app, but it is not mandatory.
Rules:
No Godmoding
No Arguing in OOC/Interest Check
My decision is final, but is subject to change.
Do not make your nation Overpowered.
I can add more rules if needed
