You are a young man from the village of Burheel. It is a small and peaceful community, and you have a restless warrior spirit. You have set out to seek fortune and adventure in unfamiliar territories.
After some hours of riding eastward, you came to the edge of a forest. You dismounted and paused to consider your next step and eat some of your packed food, but suddenly your horse was spooked and bolted away. You chased it a little ways, but of course it was too fast. The horse was carrying many of your possessions.
Now, you are standing in a clearing. A well-worn dirt path runs East-West, and crossing it another path runs Northwest-Southeast. To the North, West, and South is clearing. In the southern part of the clearing there are some low bushes. To the East is forest.
