Into the Black

Sol sat on his bunk; he'd managed to search out a reasonable price for a new scope on his rifle, and was itching to get it on. The old one was cracked when some wong ba duhn snuck up on him while he was covering. Idiot assumed that tunnel vision would negate his complete lack of stealth. Reaching to unscrew the old scope, the screwdriver slipped on the worn screwhead, scratching his other hand. "Go shi," he muttered, wiping the blood off his hand. He'd better get a new screw, unless he wanted it to do that next time he had to take the scope off to clean it. He wouldn't bother the captain about it though, so he'd do it later. Maybe next time they made port he'd find some. "Right then, let's get you right off then."

Name: Solomon 'Sol' Zhu Age: 27 Height: 5' 11' Weight: 153 lbs Appearance: Sol has long, dark hair, always kept out of his eyes. He wears silver-rimmed aviators, and a trenchcoat dyed black (those go shi Alliance would probably shoot him o the spot if it stayed its original colour). Persuasion: Independent Military Service: Served with the Independents. General Skills: Snipin' and gettin' in doors. Talents: Plays a mite of guitar Flaws: Not of the most ethical folk, he'll be thinkin' more 'bout the money than the consequences, though is loyal and won't turn coat at the sight of coin. Personality Traits: Zen as guai, which is what makes him a great sniper, and rather loyal, though it ain't always a boon. History: Born on the planet of Athens, part of the Red Sun system and an Independent planet, he soon became entrenched in the war. Though he never got a rank of consequence, he made it quite clear that he's quite lethal. He's been wanderin' the Verse takin' whatever job he's given ever since, and joined the crew recently. Weapons - Blaser R93 LRS2 Sniper rifle (10 shot clip) - Smith & Wesson Model 629 Performance Center revolver (6 shooter)

I might join at some point, once I see exactly how this is gonna work. Not totally familiar with 3.5, either. Basically, make sure you have room for another wizard.
