Agent kept citizens away from the possibly electrified water, just in case. Many people were afraid of her and listened our of fear of being another victim. "I guess power does come in fear," she muttered to herself, directing citizens away from the water. She then heard familiar heels clicking towards her direction. "How are you feeling?" Agent asked Viper, seeing how drenched the woman was.
"I guess you're right, you would think the leader would at least be on time," Ally said, shaking her head a bit. Team Two seemed friendly enough, and she really did hope they would work well together. "Oh, sorry," she said, realizing her rudeness in not introducing herself, "Most people call me Agent, but you guys can call me Ally." Ally was surprised to see Ravin pull out a candy too. In the earth she came from candy was extremely rare. She only had it a handful of times in her life. She was even more surprised when he offered some, "Are you sure? If those are your only ones it's okay." If they were his only candies, she would feel bad taking any, especially with their rarity. Faust accepted the offer as if they were easily available, which was surprising too.
Then, Charlotte poured a while mountain of candy and sweets from her sleeve. "What on earth?!" Ally exclaimed, seeing the pile of sweets conjured out of thin air, "So you're really magical, huh?" It was hard to believe someone could so easily acquire sweets, just pulling them out of thin air whenever they pleased.
"Oh, sure!" Helena said and held her hand out, helping Edmond properly sit in the canoe. The oars were attached to the sides, so she grabbed both and handed Edmond his. "The water is pretty calm so this shouldn't be too bad," Helena said, realizing they were facing each other. Their communication would be pretty good, but their rowing might be off, as the councilors said. "Well, I guess we get going now, huh?"
Name: Ally Estrada, called Agent when in "uniform" Age: 31 Gender: Female Bio: Ally grew up in an Earth different than ours. In this Earth, everyone needs to lie, cheat, steal, beg, and even kill just to get a piece of bread. This was the only world she knew, but she didn't want it to be this way. One day, while scavenging for supplies for her family, she came upon this glowing vial. Too young to understand the dangers that could come with drinking strange things and too desperate to care, she drank it. The effects were anything but negative. She quickly gained powers, not only using them to help her family, but also strangers. Eventually, because of the attention she drew, she dawned a costume and hero persona, Agent. She has been living in and out of this alter ego for years, always trying to make a difference in her world. At this point, however, the small changes she's made haven't done much to affect her planet, so perhaps it's time she joins The Guild to make a difference in a place that could actually change. Feats of strength: Ally is pretty tanky and can lift a semi-truck full of bricks without straining herself. 40 Feats of agility: She can run pretty fast for a human, with good endurance and stamina, but if you ask her to do the splits, she won't even be close to reaching the ground. XD 40 Feats of toughness: Bullets do deflect off of her, and she does have great pain tolerance- the strongest human could possibly make bruises, but it would take a while- but that means she has trouble feeling regular touches. 40 Feats of intelligence: All of the gadgets she has are made from scraps she found growing up, but they are prone to failure if not checked after nearly every use. She's also a beast at checkers. 40 Feats of willpower: Magic is basically her weakness, but she could withstand torture for a few hours, possibly longer especially if it endangers family and friends. Mind control would probably work on her, though she will try to fight it as long as possible. 30 Feats of luck: It's 50/50 with her since she considers finding the serum very lucky, but then again no matter how much power she has, she can't get her family out of their terrible situation. 40 Feats of perception: She has very good ears, able to hear someone talking in a low voice from thirty feet away. She tends to notice a lot, considering in the dangerous Earth she lived on one missed detail could cost you your life. 30 Overall Power: 260
Equipment: Her "Agent" suit has a thin layer of Kevlar, just in case anything happens. In her utility belt, she has a grappling hook, laser pen, and smoke pellets. Universe of Origin: An alternate Earth
Lord Frieza's arrogance was repulsive, but Ally kept a straight face, not showing any indication of being disgusted. Where she didn't much appreciate being called a "maggot," she didn't much care either. Growing up how she did, she learned which words to be affected by and which to brush off. Once he left, she heard the "trouser" question and couldn't help but laugh a bit. She moved to Charlotte and Ravin, overhearing some. "I wonder who out leader will be too," she said, wanting to be acquainted with her teammates before going on missions with them, "It seems like 'Lord' Frieza considers anyone under him a fool. I'm just glad he's not leading us." Then, a candy appeared in Charlotte's hands. Ally chuckled at this, not expecting to see a sweet pop out of thin air.
Agent nodded, taking the chip in her hands. She watched Trick dive into the ball, making sure nothing was connected to the ball. If anything was, it could conduct the electricity to civilians. As Viper was pulled out, Agent three the chip into the ball, not seeing any dangers. As soon as it touched the water, the electric current ran.
Hydrotic never saw the chip, as he was too busy trying to find a way to get back to Viper. Once the electricity hit him, his muscles tensed and cramped up. Quickly, the ball of water wobbled and the form splashed down to the ground, Hydrotic paralyzed in the center.
