@Witryso That's really cool of you to ask about that, I didn't even think about that and my character is bi (though this isn't the focus of the story so never mentioned it. XD I don't see a problem with it! It makes the story more realistic. Thanks for your concern for everyone, I really appreciate that!

"Uh, no thanks that's okay," Adelfa said, "We just ate, I'm still pretty full."

Adelfa sat down on the couch and tried to think of sometime to watch. She flipped through the channels, amazed by all of the options. Her family had basic channel, something she was always grateful for, but they never had this many channels. In the end Adelfa decided on an action movie.

On Thin Ice (Crossfire & 1Hawkeyes)

Alex forgot momentarily that she was here on business. She needed to get the story down. So midway throughout his story she retrieved her notes and continued to scribble away. Her handwriting wasn't the neatest, but it was her own unique handwriting. If one glanced it looked like cursive, but this was because she rarely lifted her pen off the paper, unless to separate words.

"That sounds pretty cool, I know what it feels like to be a diehard fan too," she commented, completely understanding his loyalty to the Leafs. "What are you majoring in?"

Adelfa followed him into the house, still somewhat cautious of the whole thing. But she did have to admit it was incredibly nice. The awe showed on her face.

"Yeah, sure," Adelfa said, though she was a bit hesitant. "Let's go in."

"Thanks! And I wish you the best in hockey too!" Alex responded, glad that he could appreciate her passion. "No, I won't be reporting on the games. I'm not part of the sports section of the newspaper," Alex explained, "They give me the little articles they don't expect many people to read. It's weird, but that's how they are."

"What got you into hockey? Is it a Canada thing or..?"

"We can keep spending time together," Adelfa said and hugged him back. "If that's okay with you."
