THE MORE AWESOMEST POTATO:

Let me properly introduce myself. I am Sir Spud the Fourth, and I have been a potato for the longest time ever. I never denied it to be completely honest, but it is only recently that I embraced it. Now I have evolved from a simple couch potato to a fully grown royal potato. A dapper kawaii potato. And I dare say, knowing that you are a spud, makes life a lot easier. Just chill and let everyone else care about all their meaningless things because at the end of the day you'll know: chilling is the way to go.

I try to spend minimal effort on things that I don't care about, and procrastination might as well be my middle name. But that doesn't mean I ONLY rest. Sometimes a 'tato gotta do what a 'tato gotta do. And if that something happens to be things I like, then you cannot find anyone better than me. I am an omnipotent being capable of virtually any task to a limited degree, and I am not shy to admit it. I may not be the MOST AWESOMEST in a thing, but I am sure as hell MORE AWESOMEST than most people are at everything. But hey, I'm not here to brag, even if I am probabaly better at it than you

THE DREAMER:

All those nights laying in my couch, I thought about the cool shit that I cannot do. That I cannot see. But I pictured them in front of myself like they were real, and that infuraited me. Then I found the Guild, and I lived happily after. I have been on the site for 2 years now, and I have seen many RPs, and played with many people. I wish I have found the site earlier, but I am glad that I've even found it. Now all those fantasies can be written down and my mind can rest at ease at night, without being constantly troubled by ideas.

When I RP, I love myself some good Sci-Fi or Fantasy. But hey I am filthy casual, I can go for anything with an interesting setting. I don't trouble myself on small details if the plot is good, but if you get somwthing wrong you can expect me to tell you about it. Some even go as far as to think that I am angry or something, but I am too chill for that. If anything I'm more of the funny type, so you can expect me to try and write some shitty jokes or post memes I found on the internet. Anyways, you'll see what I mean when we RP together.

THE ARTIST:

Used to be something else here, but I'm happy to say that it's replaced because of a positive change. I now work as a full-time 3D artist in the animation industry, churning out shot after shot for some of your favorite game intros and trailers. Can't say anything about them before you even ask, and even though I'm still new to the industry I love it and I already know that this will be my passion for a long time. So hopefully in a few years I'll have a proud portfolio of animations that were done by yours truly that I can show off to all the lovely people of the guild.

THE LOVER OF STUFF:

Now I may have hobbies like the above mentioned, but there are some more things that I love in life. Here is a handy list of things you can always talk about with me:

  • Gaming: This one I am quite proud of, I'm a serious gamer with capital G. Not as much time for it nowadays, but still true.
  • Music: All kinds of electronic music, but I am a sucker for Queen and Powerwolf. Or Breakbot... anything music.
  • Anime: We all have an Otaku in us, but it's bigger for some people. For me it's just big enough.

WORDS OF WISDOM:

Be chill folks, getting fed up about stuff is a recipe for disaster. You gotta learn to be patient and let things go, or you'll end up a wrinkly old man/woman with only bad memories about life. Even if you do fuck-all every day, you can live a content life by taking things easy. With that said, as always, stay safe and stay classy.

@Sophrus That is exactly how I meant it XD
@LegionPothIX I just honestly have no idea how to respond to that post. So if you'd makea nything that I can reply to, I would be glad.

@Sophrus Well quickly make friends with the Relicans and the Rarians so you can start non-metagame planning. This was you last frre tip, the next ones cost a buck each.
@LmpkioI definetly vote for the HQ briefing

(I secretly want to repost my own IC from the last game because I think it was hilarious)
@Utrax I see you are also going for the grappling hook/thruster combo. A mighty fine decision if I do say so myself.
@Sophrus I suppose you want to talk with your fellow alliance members about your findings. And of course, actually unite them. I will not help you directly in making a plan as it would be fairly biased. But you can always ask questions that I will try to answer.

Think of this as a Heist from GTA V. So far you had you free roaming, but now you must prepare yourselves for a big event. And the rewards for completing it will all be worth it.
@Utrax Most people leave after the first few posts. There is only rarely *too* many people.

@Sophrus I think you need a bigger boat. Or a better strategy. Remember: You have the upper hand. The EOM is dispersed around the planet. You can choose your battleground, and the time of your attack. Plus it's not like I intend to end the RP here by killing you all.

Anyways, you have a large palette of avaible options. Think about what I wrote in this post and the last, and consider you strengths. Maybe using your fleet power isn't the way to go. Maybe if you use it right, it is the best way. Maybe you can try something rather unconventional. Or maybe something more modern and sci-fi like. But hey, who am I to make battle plans for you.

Perhaps you don't need to fight them and you can just let Wildman to die off by himself...

Edit: Meanwhile I've been spending all day thinking about how to make your life easier and put some secret agendas behind named characters to further help your cause, by writing down ideas in my trusty notebook. I think you have more heads than me to think about tactics XD

High Orbit, Rarian Homeworld
23:27 Galactic Central Time, D-Day

The fleet was preparing for the enemy to arrive. Thay have been for quite a while now. There are always things to do, logistical problems to solve. However, it shouldn't take too long before they finish the preparations to face the rest of the Xeno fleets. Unbeknowsnt to them, the forementioned xeno fleet had their eyes on them via a small scout vessel.

The detachements of the 172nd and the 175th fleet constantly stayed in the dark side of the moon and intercepted transmission from up to a few sectors away, whilst looking out for any heat signatures or FTL disturbances. Their primary job was to make sure the rest of the fleet would know if the enemy was coming, whilst they could stay hidden from spying eyes. They used mostly passive sensors to scout the area, as activating any active scanning would illuminate their position like a christmas tree. And even thought this was an effective method to stay hidden, it hindered the gathering of accurate data on faraway objects. That is why the Gargan ship could pass by them unnoticed, simple marked as a rampant asteroid of little concern.

The other fleets orbited the planet on a high altitude, ready to escape the gravity of the planet for space combat, but close enough to the atmosphere where they could retreat into the cover of the ground defenses if they needed to. To those from below, the sky was buzzing with spaceships and fighters, and it was adored with the massive battleships and destroyers. However from outer space, the vision was much different. The planetary haze blocked any observer from truly identifying the fighter crafts, whilst the large ships blocked out corvettes and frigates that were currently docking on their underside. However, the vast number of capitla ships were visible, even if the Praetor's ships were blocked out by other ships. With hundreds of capital ships floating above every major city and staffing the areas of the atmosphere where there weren't any other defences. Some of the Glory class battleships could be roughly seen from orbit, but their presence was generally well hidden. The blockade was undeniable, but it's size was that of an invasion force. It isn't often that more than half of a Sector's fleets mobilize to a single planet, even if it is one of great importance. The sight should forever incite fear in the foes of the enemy.
