I'm interested. So our characters can't physically, directly hurt nixus - right? But can they like, talk bad about him and defame him till he is looked down upon society?

I'm also wondering, you said 'magic is dead' in this imagined setting. How come there is still so much of it going on? How did your npc fInd out how to cast what I imagine must be a very complicated, delicate spell?

Hmm, I read the chatroom and the setting so far is decidedly not something for me. Too weird, no good reason behind the weirdness either - especially the mayan and their kitty tanks part (I think weird should have a reason, even just a bit. But this was just 'wtf?', it is very disruptive to immersion). I'm withdrawing my Interest, see you around sometime.
