Can't believe I haven't made this clear already, but you cannot use war orders to attack and take over neutral countries that are not involved with the conflict at hand.

But...Burma....I need a way around those stupid Himalayas...

@Pasta; war orders can be used to raise conscripts but not regulars nor ships. Deadline's fast approaching, people.

I have no problem with it, but would suggest this. One war order maybe allowed for the pure purpose of training troops/navy. The other two orders must relate directly to the war through the mobilization/defense/aggression in the war.

Question, since this means that war orders cannot be used to build more ships; is it the same for conscripts? Like do we now have to use a regular order for raising them?

And? They still sat there building up without committing to any battles. He told us his reason was to be stronger. Even Mexico fought more than Spain. Not to mention Spain caused the whole thing and brought us all into the war in the first place. I prolly would have remained neutral if Spain hadn't said some of your stuff against Britain or what not.

What about Spain? That's essentially what Spain did?

Did the Dutch fight any battles during the war of the 8th coalition? I'm not accusing just curious.

I think the debt ceiling is different from nation to nation dependent on your other stats.

Not to mention this frees up your regular orders to do non military things.

@dannaroo, I agree with you honestly. One of my main factors was that Germany/Netherlands/Russia had those orders. I'd definitely Lag behind in power cause of that.
