'Shoot-shoot-SHOOT!'Due to all of the excitement of Graduation day finally being here, Yarin spent a considerable amount of time trying to get to sleep the previous night. Eventually she managed to calm the butterflies of nerves and excitement dancing within her stomach to finally enter the village of slumber,
however this lead to her oversleeping, causing her to wake up much later than intended...
Bolting through the respective building, Yarin's light but quick steps softly echoed throughout the hallways as she travelled as fast as she possibly could to the waiting room she was meant to have been in less than an hour ago.
'Heh, well I'm not off to a good start today, but atleast I'll get to meet the Hokage hopefully! If I'm not too late..' Despite the circumstances, Yarin's lips curled into a smile of admiration and excitement. She had worked extremely hard through the academy in order to graduate and show that she held potential, being late wasn't enough to dampen her mood on such an important day, especially since she knew she'd make it up to her superiors.
Halting once she reached her destination, Yarin quietly panted for a moment as she caught her breath. Listening intensely, muffled words came from behind the closed door to the Hokage's office, signalling that the meeting she was supposed to attend was still in progress.
'Yes! They're still here!' Her teeth took gentle hold of her bottom lip as she thought for a second about what she should do next. The best course of action for the moment would be to wait until the meeting was adjourned, hopefully she'll be able to catch the Hokage and sincerely apologise for her unpunctual arrival. Standing in the middle of the room with both hands clasped together and eyes glued to the doorway, Yarin patiently waited for movement, her warm smile still etched comfortably on her face ready to greet whoever would come out of the room first despite being intended for the Hokage.
