It also contrasts well with my char, sort of like Sasuke - Naruto thing lolIt wouldn't be surprising if I say that I based her off Sasuke, personality-wise xD (My avatar and signature says just as much) Theres more to it, though. About the two chakra natures; well, while that's iffy for a genin (I agree on that myself), everyone with a kekkei genkai was born with them. To balance things up, the only water technique she knows is a very simple/weak one :3

• Is it too strong? (Note, I will NOT use any cannon jutsu, because they suck anyway - except Haku's mirror, but that's just overkill in a genin)
• Two chakra natures (due to the KG, still) is too iffy on a genin?
• Is it not cool enough?
