Yudai Kageyama
Ame - Suna - Konohagakure border, inside the barrier
Red Sages

The results proved better than expected. He managed to put many shinobi at bay, and the better - with a single technique. Sadly, he wasn't going to be let unharmed. A shuriken had lodged itself onto the back of his left arm, thankfully, not so deep to hinder his movements - but still painful. Stopping the earthquake, Yudai noticed something coming onto his direction - a poison bomb, together with many shuriken and kunai alike, apparently he caught every shinobi's attention with his little earthquake show, which had ceased by now.

"Doton, Doryūheki!

A sudden solid wall appared a few meters in front of Yudai, stopping every projectile. He redirected his attention behind them, right after, when a shinobi attacked him from behind with a kunai in his hand. Crap... The attack came pretty fast, but Yudai managed to save his life through the use of his signature technique. From his arms, an immense protective barrier of solid earth raised itself, stopping the shinobi and knocking him back, enough to give Yudai time to breath. Which he did, heavily. His chakra resources were being drained pretty fast with the many techniques he used, but Red Sages started to enter the area, finally - one of them taking on the one Confederate shinobi that had attacked Yudai.

Seijo, then, appeared. Beautiful as always, ordering him around AS ALWAYS. Not that was a problem, though. Yudai mentally nodded, but he just stood still for a few seconds, his eyes searching for the red-haired girl from before. Hm.

"She has already left." The boy formed a handseal, veeeery slowly sinking onto the ground. So, it was time to retreat - which Yudai was already doing. No point standing around. Quickly enough, the boy disappeared from sight, moving underneath the ground to leave this area before it was too late.

Kaori swiftly made her way through the battlefield. The majority of red sages began to flee, but there was one - a white-haired woman, that fought against a Confederation jounin in a building, until the latter leapt off it, onto the ground. Kaori arrived the scenary at that point, but kept a good distance. Something told her that she shouldn't meddle with their fight, those shinobi were on a whole different caliber than Kaori. Out of the corner of her eye, she caught a glimpse of the Hyuga... attacking himself? Strange, but she just shrugged it off. Perhaps his arrogance was coupled up with a level if insecurity and self-hate, who knew.

Still, Kaori had enough time to see the commander getting a kunai straight into his skull. Twice. The sound was disgusting and the scenery wasn't any nicer; Kaori flinched, her eyes narrowing slightly. How could they get so far, was beyond her understanding.
Just to clarify, @Blue Demon, only attack directly launched at Yudai was the poison bomb? I'm reading mostly everything, yet I feel like asking.

I'm not sure if Akio's thunderbolts would reach him, too...
Hey, just interest gathering: I'm currently working on a third (AND IF GOD SAVES ME FROM THIS ALT-HOLIC HABITS, THE LAST ONE) character and I was wondering if anyone feels like having pre-established relationships with her? If so, PM and I can tell more about the character, yey.
@NeroAre you the only one assaulting the barrier at the moment?

I've looked over everyone else's posts and cannot find anyone else.

I'm pretty sure I am. Peeps might get in now, though.
Yo, good morning everyone. (It's early here in BRhuehue)
I'm done with me post. Lemme know if I screwed up somewhere.

You screwed up by forgetting something...

Kaori's number.
GUYS. WHEN HIGOHO SAYS THAT IT'S ''HIS FIGHT'' THAT MEANS HE'S BEING A CUNT. NOT TO ABANDON HIM. WHO KNOWS, MAYBE THESE TWO RED SAGES CAN ACTUALLY TAKE HIM ON IF THEY WORK TOGETHER?!?

Actually abandon him though. It's more fun that way.

WELL HE INSULTED MY CHARACTER'S WHOLE CLAN AND WAS VERY INSENSITIVE TO SPOUT OUT THINGS FROM THE PAST, DEAL WITH IT.
Anyone who doesn't know about gamercat is losing out.

BTW, I'm posting @GrafRoy Zeppeli @Nero @Partisan @Raijinslayer @KenyeIsMyLife So if you're writing something up atm, let me know so that I don't ninja you. (heh)

I just finished posting! But I think it doesn't matter right now, since I'm retreating my character from this chaos (too many people to keep up, dear god xD)

Yudai Kageyama
Ame - Suna - Konohagakure border, inside the barrier
Red Sages

If Yudai knew a battle would erupt a few moments before he sinked in the ground, he'd stay and aid the Lady-Commander in it. But, for now, he was occupied with something else: The Barrier. From underneath the ground, he could feel the magnetic forces above - and he could tell there were a handful of shinobi up there. Yudai was sweating with anxiety, but he tried his best to clear his mind and remain as calm as possible, in order to trace a plan. If he could make the barrier fall, even for a few seconds, it would be enough for that man to enter and likely destroy everyone inside in a matter of seconds. If something went wrong though, Yudai would likely pay the price with his own life: He knew he wasn't capable of handing that many shinobi by himself.

But, he had to try, it was his chance to prove himself useful.

Calculating roughly where the center of this place would be, Yudai erupted from the group very quickly, his hands already forming four quick handseals.

Doton, Jishin!

At the same time, the shinobi leaned down to slam his hands at the ground, creating the whole area around him to begin shaking wildly, the earth shattering and likely causing everyone that stood in the ground to lose their balance - except for the boy, himself. If anyone felt in the ground, they could possibly take damage as the whole ground began shattering, earth was crumbling and sinking, until Yudai was interrupted - or, until the barrier felt.

An Uchiha was not supposed to lose this easily - no. Uchiha are a powerful clan, with one of the most powerful dõjutsu, they're skilled, feared and respected - the Sharingan is a symbol of power and uniqueness, how could Kaori fall so easily for a genjutsu, how could her motor skill fail her that much when she simply needed to clamp her hands together, while this strange Red Sage still stood- he could even sprint in her direction, which he was doing now and Kaori knew that she was going to get killed. His staff, she could see how powerful the chakra around it had became, it was practically the same level of her Hinõken with the maximum intensity, if not stronger.

He was spouting out some nonsense, but Kaori could barely hear - after all, a stronger sound was currently predominant in her mind, the ringing bells sound. This cursed Genjutsu! "THIS CURSED GENJUTSU!"

"KAI!" Finally, Kaori mustered the strength (truly, it took her a lot of effort to move her arms, given her motor skills had nearly been taken completely from her) to clamp her hands together and release herself from this damned genjutsu, but alas, it was too late. Not that she had been hit, no, but apparently not one, but two other confederate shinobi had aided her. Her Sharingan could take the senbon flying into sight - then, a spear (naginata), all flew towards the boy and interrupted his attack. Finally, a well known Hyuuga stepped in to help her, this arrogant, but efficient man known as Higoho. The bastard.

"Just like the Uchiha bastards to stick their noses in a fight that's not theirs. I was fighting these two Red Sage monkeys, so go play 'destructor of the world' somewhere else, with your fucking curse of hatred.”

Honestly, the words weren't dripped in venom. They were drenched with venomous insulting words that Kaori couldn't even understand why; normally, he was known for being arrogant, but Kaori never expected him to be this enormous asshole. Nonetheless, his efforts had saved her life and despite her deep desire to tell him to fuck off right now, all she could do was bow her head slightly and let out a barely audible;

"Thank you."

Then, she unsheated Hinõken and began stepping back. If this was his fight, she'd leave it to him. Kaori tried to escape the mist, so she could offer her aid somewhere else.
I will post in 1-2 hours. I'll likely retreat Kaori, but Yudai will get some action now, prepare yourself barrier people.
