Personality: Delilah is very strong in many ways but her mind was always the strongest. She was never easily swayed by the idea’s of mystical creatures existing or the tooth fairy as a child. The perception of fantasy intrigued her and caught most of her interest she could tell you right off the bat that it was downright bullshit. With that Her determination and her purpose is even stronger if she has a set goal she will get it by any means necessary.
Despite being young, Delilah is a very wise and mature person. Having friends who had been through hard times along with having gone through a few hard times herself. Delilah was able to become the “Wise one”. Usually giving advice on what she thinks of the subject or just saying what she thinks.
While she can be a sweetheart at times she can be a bit of an asshole. May it be joking or just being flat out mean she will find a way to be an asshole. Usually this is what got her into trouble as a child and teen.
Delilah is a lone-wolf. Always has been always will be. It’s not she doesn’t like people in fact she like’s them a lot. She just prefers to do things alone,follow her own rules and thoughts. This would cause Delilah’s dad and her to fight and her rebel against what other people think again getting her into trouble.

History

Your First Walker Encounter:
Delilah walks into Sportsman Center with her black backpack on her back, blue jeans on with a tucked in black shirt with the Sportsman Center logo on the back. Delilah’s boss had given her and her coworkers the week off due to him going to Illinois. He wanted all of his employee back the day after he came back on thursday. During her break, Delilah had gone hunting for a few days’.Problem was she didn’t go to bed until at least 1:30 the night before because of it only to wake up at 5:30 and getting to work at 6 something.

“Yo, boy’s ‘m ‘ere! Sorry ‘m late!” She yells out her country heavy as she walks to the work room putting her backpack down. Delilah noticed something off about how quiet it was and how she hasn’t even been yelled at for being late yet.

“Hale? Jack?” Delilah asks coming out of the break room. By the break room was a rack of hand-held guns that they use in their range to practice shooting. She grabs one and checks it for bullets and thanks to the lazy teens working there it is loaded. Delilah shuts the chamber and turns off the safety.

“Delilah.”The giggle sent a shiver down Delilah’s spine as she turned and saw how crazy looking Hale seemed. Hale was a 20 some year old with a big heart, a fragile mind and the tough macho act that all country boys have. He is different and Delilah had a feeling in her stomach that did not feel good.

“Hale, where’s jack?” She asks her gun pointed at the ground as she got closer to the larger man.

“Hehe follow me.” Hale says in a cheery tone striding down the hallway on the other side of the counter.

The teen followed her coworker with a caution watching his body language as he strides down the hallway. She stayed far behind him as he gets to Jack’s office door and grabs the handle,” Now shh...Jack’s eatin’. You know how he is when he’s hungry.”

Delilah gave Hale a nod as he opened the door and there lying on the floor was Hale’s mother with a horrified expression on her face but her eyes showed no life. The teen gasps when she looks over at Jack eating the older woman.

“H-hale...that’s not Jack!” Delilah says raising her gun ready to fire.

“NO!” Hale yells jumping in front of the gun. “He’s just sick!” He says laughing,”H-he an’ momma are jus’ sick.”

Delilah looks behind Hale feeling her heart stop watching as the man she respected turn and see nothing but a monster. Tears prick her eyes realizing who Jack had his eyes on,”Hale move!”

“NO!! Yer not killin’ ‘em!”

Jack was getting closer. Delilah growls moving around Hale,”Fuck this Jack’s dead already Hale!” She fired her gun sending Jack going backwards.

“You bitch!” Hale roars sending a fist at Delilah she barely dodged it by a hair.

“Hale!” Delilah says backing away.”He was gonna bite ya! I didn’ want ya gettin’ bit!

“Get out before I kill ya!” Hale yells at her tears in his eyes.

“Alright. Alright..” Delilah whispers backing out of the office. “Bye Hale, good luck.”

History Before Outbreak:

Delilah was born and raised in Jessamine county Boondocks by her parents’ Aponi Hunter and Deacon Hunter. Her parents raised her with tough love while letting her act as she was. Her parents told her from a young age she had shown interest in her dad weapons. Specifically his hunting bow. Thus started him teaching her how to survive the forest and to hunt while her mother taught her how to respect the animals and the forest.
Delilah had a generally good childhood of course she got a hard time being part native american and the usual bullying. It hurt her at first but her dad taught her to shake it off and to and I quote “Punch the bastard in the face the get daddy.”
It all changed though at the age of 9 Delilah’s mom had died in a car accident and her dad went into a depression. He was very physically abusive and neglected Delilah. The little girl had her fair share of nights in trees because he would come home drunk or he’d come home with another woman.
When Delilah was 13 she got fed up with him and began fighting back. He punch, she kick, he yelled, she cursed. The girl turned cold but she remained loyal to her father keeping to one thing her dad taught her, always be loyal to your kin. For at least 4 years it went on like this; Get up, go to school, fight someone, go home, do homework, avoid or fight dad, run to forest, then repeat.
At 17 Delilah was hired at a gun store right after graduating high school and moving out of her hell. Well at least she thought she did.

History Since Outbreak:
As soon as she left the center, Delilah had made her way to her small cabin and got all the stuff she needed before running to the forest. She spent 5 months there not really going out of it unless it was to get some girly things. Slowly though the animals started to run out and she had to resort to catching mice and smaller critters
At the one year mark Delilah had to leave the forest because it was beginning to be overrun by walkers. She went back towards her house and when she got there she saw that her 2 story house was now surrounded by tents. Painfully long story short, she ended up being captured by her father’s group. She was stuck in the group for a little over two weeks before she started fighting her father's rule. Delilah ended up being kicked out a month later for killing a man. She left with nearly half their food and her dad's favorite Tactical machete along with her favorite hunting bow.
Six Months later, Delilah is still on her own but at this point she is at the point of just surviving and she has slowly lost her sanity by the silence. She had entered Georgia when she came across a house on a country with a house that had dogs around it. It turned out to be a dog sitters house but she took in all pets. Delilah ended up staying a 6 months helping with the animals until she felt that she had overstayed her welcome. A large black pitbull name Shadow who she had raised from 4 months old followed her to the gates. When She tried to give him to the owners they said to keep him.
Now Shadow and Delilah just wander around surviving and protecting each other. Now they have gone to a town Newman to get some supplies and food. They had just gotten done running from a group of walkers and are beat. They ended up finding refuge in a house only blocks away from the Newman refuge.

@Lady Amalthea Hi! I have a question, The relationship tab. Do I update that as I meet the characters or do I read the character sheets and assume what my character would think of them?

@alexfangtalon okay I kinda have an idea I want to run by you....

What if I have Camy able to control other people's movements (i as going to say thoughts also but it said they could only control one) but in doing so she becomes numb to herself and if she uses it longer than a minute or so she shuts down.

She found this out when she was sick with IAAN. She had became upset by her father and she had thought how wonderful it would be if he had just shut up because he was talking to her uncle like he was a low life. Apparently he did, only problem is he stood stock still but as he did so she started getting bad head ache and in the end fell unconscious

Ill add more when I add to her CS (remove some stuff if you need me too) but that is the jest of what went

Camy does use her powers but not a lot Cam tries to think of something else when it comes to controlling other people. When people make her mad and she wants them to go get hurt for example. She has to think of something other than them.
