Before I start my eternal hunt for an image(because I straight up suck at it) I wanted to ask if anyone knows of a good place to search?

I am curious as to what the technology level is going to be like. It seems like there are some pretty sophisticated containment and brainwashing tech going on, probably surveillance, too.

Alright, here goes. Say someone has a family member that is born Exceptional. Would this person not be allowed to potentially work for CARE?

Or, if someone's family member's Exceptionalness was hidden and the person studied Exceptional people leading to them working for CARE then the Exceptionalness was discovered and they were brought to CARE, what would then be done in regards to the one working for CARE? Are people who hide someone that is Exceptional arrested? If not would they be fired from CARE?

Apologies for this being all over the place. If ya couldn't tell, which I'm pretty sure it's obvious, I have a specific character background thing in mind. If you decide that this route for a character is a no go I am actually completely fine with it. I have another character setup in mind as well that has nothing to do with the gobbledegook above. Just felt the need to go ahead and ask before thinking more on either character idea.
