Alex is fairly intelligent. It's not due to studying or reading a lot it is more or less because his thought process usually tends on the more logical side as opposed to the emotional side.

Alex is not at all good at things social. He merely pretends at times, but only if he really feels like it which doesn't happen often. He would always prefer to stay at the edge of a group listening and watching. He also has his fair share of walls built up that would be difficult to break through. One thing about him is how he naturally puts off a cold and standoffish demeanor. Due to this most people feel uneasy talking to him and he does have the tendency to be very blunt and if he cracks any jokes they tend to be sarcasm or dry humor so most people just assume he's being rude.

Alex is nowhere near to being a coward. He also rarely worries as in his mind, what happens happens and there is nothing he can do to change it once it has happened. He also comes up with some logical conclusion to anything. None of that paranormal mumbo jumbo from him. And as someone who does acting and Youtube, he most certainly can't let nerves get to him.

Alex can definitely take a punch. That's only because he has a high pain tolerance. Other than that all he's really good for is his ability to do a mad sprint when playing baseball.

When it comes to the feelings and emotions of other Alex can be clueless. Largely because he has his own predisposition to how he expects people to act based on what he knows. He is, however, a people watcher so he is slightly ok at picking up various details others might not. However, he may not make the correct conclusion based off of these details due to his more logical nature.

Alex is from a fairly large family so they never really had much money to go around other than for the necessities. Nowadays, money is becoming easier to get a hold of as the kids are leaving the nest but Alex doesn't want to just be given money without working for it so he is just barely here.

@Strange Rodent Yeah I wasn't entirely sure how to do the stats so I did the descriptions and sorta guessed the numbers. Would bumping Int down one and bumping Soc up one work? Or would it be better to add more to Soc leaving it at 1 and instead raising Nrv?

Acting - At the age of eight Alex just happened to join a Missoula Children's Theatre production and instantly fell in love. Ever since he has enjoyed it. He isn't the greatest but keeping up with this hobby will help him when directing.

Hiking - Alex just likes the solitude of nature. It's also a great place to be lost in thought to come up with stories.

YouTube - Alex has a gaming YouTube channel where he has approximately 250k subs although the large majority of them come from collabing with his sister's far more popular channel.

I know you said that y'all were and that there hasn't been anything said about not accepting people anymore, but I felt the need to ask as that was a while back and either way being born and raised in the south the law dictates I ask anyway in order to be polite. (Not really, I just wanted to come up with something random to say so that this wasn't just another run of the mill, "Y'all still accepting?" as I usually do.)

Personality: A timid but very passionate person. Ade is strong-willed when it comes to certain things. She is stubborn, and it seems as if no one can get her to change her mind without her fighting back. Ade is also a very caring individual that desires to help as many people as possible. She is not a very good liar, but her secrets are not easy to crack open. One thing that will cause her to break away from her timidness is if someone threatens or insults someone she is close to or cares about. Especially her younger sister.

Bounty: B 3,500,000
She fought off the Marines as they were trying to capture her, her friend, and the pirates doing quite a bit of damage. The main basis of her bounty is how much of a threat she is with her DF power.

Origin Story: Adelinde was born to a large but seemingly normal family on a windy fall night. She had a loving father and mother, two much older brothers, and an older sister, Eliza. Years later it would seem like the spirit of the wind had seeped into who the young girl was. At a young age, Adelinde continuously got into trouble as her desire for adventure and to explore the world kept driving her to go farther and farther away from home. She would often get in trouble because of this. One day her older sister left to see the world, the young spirit begged Eliza to bring many stories home to tell.

While waiting for her sister to come back home, a new member joined the clan by the name of Elysia that Ade instantly grew attached to. A little sister of her own for her to tell stories to and be friends with, and when Eliza got home they'd all have so much fun together. Unfortunately, after Elysia's birth, one bad thing after another happened. Their mother died two months later due to never really recovering from the birth. The oldest daughter never came home and the paper reported the worst. That she was dead. Then their father died in a hunting accident. The next few years were rough for the remainders of the family. Then the pirates came.

A group of strong pirates showed up on the small island and instantly began terrorizing the locals. Some tried to fight back but were either easily killed or captured. Adelinde was one of the later. Because of the fact that Adelinde refused to give up the fight, the captain had her brothers hurt but the sadistic monster wasn't done. He took two Devil Fruit's which he had collected and force-fed one to Adelinde and the other to someone else.

He then used his own power to create a makeshift battlefield and commanded them to kill the other. As a way to threaten them into compliance, he had his men aim their weapons at the populace. But this act caused the two to panic more than anything else and they each accidentally unleashed their newly acquired powers at unnecessary levels. All the sound within the area seemed to vanish and Adelinde appeared to be screaming but no noise came. That's when the pirate captain's ears began bleeding and he fell over. The other fighter took this opportunity to attack the remaining pirates just as the Marines arrived. However, the Marines mistook the two as pirates and attacked them along with the actual pirates. All parties scattered but as they were running away Ade saw the other fighter shot down but she kept running.

She successfully got away but soon after had a bounty set on her head. Fearing that her presence in her hometown would constantly bring danger she decided the safest thing to do would be to leave. She left behind a note as she couldn't bring herself to say goodbye in person. Not long afterward she came across Sunny and his crew. At first, she didn't trust them as they are pirates but through some random misadventure she grew to trust them and joined the crew.

Abilities:

• Onsei Onsei Fruit - The fruit which Adelinde ate was the Onsei Onsei Fruit which turned her into a sound wave person. Because of this, she is more susceptible to blunt attacks which cause her body to vibrate rapidly depending on the force. But a semi-counteractive effect is that anything that would merely glance her is seemingly deflected due to the constant vibrations of her body. It will still cause her to lose a little control on the slight contact but makes it where direct attacks are more or less necessary to actually damage her. As of now, she doesn't have any real control over her abilities other than she can reduce or increase the noise that she produces as well as altering the way some things sound. She has not been able to replicate what she did when she originally ate the fruit.
• Cooking - After her mother died Adelinde became the person that did most of the cooking for her family. At first, she wasn't the best but it didn't take long for her to become quite a talented chef.
• Athletic - As the wild child she was, Adelinde constantly was running around, climbing random things, and other various childish adventuring. She is far from a physically fit specimen but she is definitely more fit than your average person.

Inventory: She mostly has bland inconspicuous dresses. Her signature clothing item of choice is her eye-catching red cloak which was a gift from Eliza before she had left for her adventure.

Others: Main reasoning as to why I didn't put much under the DF is because of how powerful it could potentially get and because it wasn't that long ago that she received the power and is still trying to get used to the changes it made to her biology.

Romance Dawn - A One Piece RP

Hello, I have stumbled upon this and, as it is One Piece, I am very interested. I have two character ideas but I am not sure which would be best.

Character 1

Name: Adelinde Dey

The basic premise of her story is that she lived in a very poor town that was one day raided by pirates. The captain had a habit of collecting DF and if he ever had enough would take the most defiant people of a place he attacked and force them to eat a DF and fight to the death. He would then tend to kill the final one. Well, he had two DF's and Adelinde was one of the ones forced to eat a DF and it was a paramecia type that gave her control over soundwaves. The Onsei Onsei fruit. Through ways, I haven't determined yet she and the other person barely defeated the pirate crew. When the Marines arrived they mistook the new DF users for pirates as well and attacked the pirates as well as the two. The two ran but her ally died in the ensuing chase and she got away but received a bounty soon afterward. In order to keep her family safe, she sailed off from her home island.
Another thing of note, for now, is that she could potentially be the cook for the crew as she is a fairly talented chef.

Character 2

Name: Cassie

I haven't figured out too much about her other than the fact that she has Bipolar Disorder, and if you don't want something like this I can easily change it. Her dream is to become a master of many different types of weapons. Currently, she only has three weapons she uses but has not mastered. In order of most skilled the Emei Piercers, Kusarigama, and Daikyū.

Micky watched out the window as the clouds beneath him soared by. The young man had never been on a plane so this was a real big treat for him. What wasn't so fun was nearly missing his connecting flight in Atlanta. He had to run from the gate that his first plane left him at to the gate where he would depart for the last stretch of his trip through the airways. So be it to say he was kind of out of breath. The first flight saw him in an aisle seat beside a slightly chunkier dude hogging the armrest but this one had him in a window seat with no one beside him. It was grand. When he finally caught sight of the big apple, Micky became ecstatic. He had been to the city once or twice but this is the first time he's had an aerial view as well as it was his first time by himself.

Not very long after Micky found himself and his belongings in a very grandiose room. It was bigger than half the size of one of the houses his family once lived in. Certainly bigger than any room he's ever had. Micky spent the next hour just laying on the bed watching cartoons when he realized it would probably be a good idea to start getting ready. Micky did the usual thing one would do for a party. He fixed his hair, washed his face, and used some cologne that his sisters assured him would have the desired effect. Unfortunately though, as he had no suits, didn't have the money for a suit, and refused to let his family buy him a new one the young man was stuck with borrowing one of his brother's suits. It was a charcoal suit and along with it, he wore a white shirt and black tie because that went with everything, right. Right?

Arriving at the party it would be an understatement to say Micky felt out of place. He had been to parties before but those tended to consist of a small group of friends at someone's house with either a pool or bonfire and definitely some karaoke and cornhole tournaments. This, however, was another party beast entirely. Coming up with a goal to distract himself, Micky set out to locate his table. Once doing that though he realized he had no idea what to do next. He wanted to find someone to talk to but there were so many people how could he determine where to start? Looking almost like a lost child in a supermarket Micky tried to find someone or some group that he potentially could begin conversing with. That's when he noticed someone who also appeared a little out of their element and he waved excitedly. However, upon realizing how awkward the action looked, immediately stopped and hoped no one saw.

The Story

The wind blew on his face and through his hair as Micky rode on his trusty ride down the steep slope. He wasn't supposed to do this but as long as he didn't get caught it was almost as if it didn't happen. Well, as long as his family was concerned. The young man couldn't keep himself from racing around the small town on his bike at any chance he got. It was a good thing he was a skilled rider or else he'd be bruised head to toe all the time.

As he entered the main section of town Micky slowed down as there was the risk of being spotted by his family as he neared Sonic Beats, Ollie and Noelle's music store. He quickly secured his bicycle with not one but two locks and entered his place of work. "I'm here Elle. What did you want to show me?" His sister-in-law looked up at him from the box of new merchandise. Quickly she grabbed a brochure from the table and showed it to him. "Hey, Micky. You've heard of TAP, right? Your mom was mentioning how you have yet to ever go on a date and Ollie mentioned TAP. We all got talking about it, well other than your brothers, and agreed it may be a good idea."

"Oh, I don't know. I don't need a girlfriend that desperately, do I?"

"Well, you don't have to but you should really think about it." Micky shook his head taking the brochure promising he'd give it some thought. However, he completely forgot about it.

Three Weeks Later

Micky shuffled around the stacks of notebooks on his desk until a small brochure fell out and to the floor. Picking up the parchment with an inquisitive glance, "What's this? TAP?" Micky then spent a few moments reading it and finally said, "This sounds cool!"
