Got my wisdom teeth pulled. The worst part is not the pain but the lack thereof. Having numb lips is not fun :(

@Blueflame@Alisdragon911@Dark Light@Pineappletumble "Both of you should be able to hear and communicate with this 'thing'. Unfortunately, there's a chance that neither of you will be able to hear it, but I think that won't be the case. Also, this robe isn't a costume, it's my usual attire."
Parrot is currently within the town of Magnolia, studying new batch of old tomes he had bought in an open market early in the month. So far, what he found in those tomes was informational junk, but when he finally reached the last of the tomes, especially the last page, he ran into something rather interesting...
With tranquility and serenity, Parrot is quietly sitting at a table near the front of a cafe. While reading a book with his usual "a page turned every minute", he bites into some sweet nut bread, taking a sip of milk tea right afterwards. Sitting upon his shoulder is his animal companion. Occasionally, his pet bird would peck at his head, nibble at his ear, or climb onto his head, but this did not stir nor bother Parrot, who was ingrained into the tome he was reading.
Parrot could care less about the Ball, for such gatherings did not interest him nor did they make him feel comfortable. What did interest him was the old, musty tome he was currently perusing with great concentration. It was a parchment book, with a black, leather cover that was covered with strange intricacies. Parrot had received this strange document through a bazaar
The dense descriptions recount the history of a strange collection of people living within the center of a desert. It detailed their culture with lifelike illustrations, descriptive text, and accounts of their strange rituals. This, though, did not impress Parrot, nor did it interest him greatly, but his curiosity was piqued when he arrived to the descriptions of the idols. There, the descriptions abruptly stopped, with a sparse amount of text and a half-finished image haphazardly drawn. Parrot flipped through the rest of the empty parts, searching for fine print or hidden drawings.
"That's odd," he said to himself as he closed the tome, deeply disturbed at the incomplete state of the book. "This book should have at least more to it... What do you think, Terry?" When Parrot said this, his pet bird squawked in response. "Are you certain? I don't think Jamie the Master Researcher would care for such a thing." The bird screamed in response to this. "Okay. Okay. I'll go ask, for your sake." Upon saying so, Parrot packed his few tomes into a leather bag, rose from the table he was sitting at, and left the cafe, leaving a tip for the waitresses. With great finesse, Parrot silently walked towards the Phoenix Wing Guild.
As he passed by people, he began to think and record magically about what he had just read, considering the possibilities and history of what he had just read. As he completed the conversion of memory to data, he arrives at the Phoenix Wing Guild, only to find its doors are closed.
"That's right, the whole Phoenix guild is out for the Ball today. Why don't we go home and create something interesting. Right, Terry?" Terry whistles excitingly. Parrot turns around and begins to walk home...
@Blueflame *Mental connection* As a matter of fact, I do. He's nearly mythical in many portions of the multiverse. Though what I've heard about him are mostly rumors. A source told me that he might be revisiting Undertale soon, but I think that's mere speculation.
@Joshua Tamashii Oh, about entering the role play, is it fine if I just start right now at Parrot's house? He probably won't be able to enter the ball if I'm correct.
Note: He's a B Class Mage (There's still much potential!)
Archive Magic: Parrot is able to use a limited type of Archive magic. He is able to store data magically but is unable to manifest the screens and thus recall them by memory and images in his mind. This also means that any offensive or defensive moves used by regular Archive magic users cannot be used by Parrot. Though, Parrot is able to send information and experiences to his comrades through telepathy. This also works conversely, allowing him to receive information and experiences telepathically and quickly. (Though, he can only receive the information that people are willing to give.)
Magical Constructs: With his vast knowledge and ingenuity, Parrot is able to make a slew of magical contraptions. He can use magic circles, arrays, runes, and much more in order to get the effect he wants. The applications of his constructs can range from reconnaissance to the amplification of magic. On missions, he commonly uses his chameleon cloak that allows him to conceal his appearance.
Requip: Parrot is able to use requip to conjure tools and what-not for his studies. He will NOT be able to requip anything during battle. (This may be used as a gag as he might conjure up something that is just right for friendly situations.)
Parrot was born in the town of Magnolia. As curious yet silent boy, Parrot did not play with many other children. He usually confided himself to only a select few. His life was filled with the boring novels his mother had read to him and the craft his father had attempted to teach him. His passion, however, was found during one fateful night when he was ten. Parrot witnessed the descent unknown shooting star. It was a star brighter than any other, nearly lighting the whole sky. The following day, Parrot asked others about the shooting star, but none saw nor knew the shooting star. This shooting star sparked his interest, causing him to observe both nature and lore in order to discover what this may be. Though he gave up on his search early on, he became deeply enamored with both the wilderness and knowledge.
By the time he reached fifteen, Parrot had read nearly read a hundred informational books (the thick kinds) and possessed the ability to give a person accurate descriptions on them. In the wilderness, Parrot's time spent observing nature gave him an sharp eye for detail. It wasn't until he was eighteen did he discover that he possessed potent magical powers through an accident with a librarian. With his newly discovered magic, he developed his powers into storing information via magically, vastly expanding his ability to collect, to analyze, and to store information. For convenience, he learned how to use requip.
Now, Parrot travels around the world, learning about the world around him and the secrets that may lie.
Parrot is a shy and silent person. His nature is that of passivity and silence. Though he may not openly join into a conversation, he is more than willing to speak to people about non-serious matters. While talking, he talks in a soft-spoken voice and remains receptive to what the other person is saying. However, when it comes to topics of importance, he speaks in a completely different tone. He becomes bold and straightforward. Any romantic encounters will turn Parrot into the biggest stutter-box in history. Along with being a stutter-box, Parrot becomes too naive when it comes to women, despite him not being quite interested in women. One may ask, why? Unfortunately, Parrot himself does not understand.
The usual composure of Parrot exudes an aura of austerity, stoicism, tranquility that can calm even the most agitated people. He is usually patient with people, though he becomes easily irritated when he knows a person is purposely trying to annoy him in conversation. When put under extreme pressure, Parrot's demeanor changes to a silent yet frenzied state. Similarly, this state (but much louder) appears when he is put under a romantic situation.
When studying, his studious nature takes control, causing him to go into a type of trance. When in this trance, he is essentially cut off from the outside world, so much so that you can move him across town and he would not notice till he was done. Attempting to break him out of this trance takes much effort. Also, doing so may either result in a hilarious or horrific outcome, as he will automatically jump backwards in surprise. The only thing that can safely break this trance is Sweet Nut Bread.
Parrot loves both the knowledge of man and the knowledge of nature. Everyday he spends a significant amount of time in either the libraries or the wilderness. From the animals and night skies of Earth to the history and magics of mankind, Parrot is very knowledgeable about them all. This, however, does not mean that he cannot use this information. In fact, the skill Parrot has in the use this knowledge is outstanding due to his fast paced mind. On the spot, he considers the situation and can create a construct on the spot through his vast knowledge.
Parrot has a fondness for animals and loves "conversing" with them. His likes also include an obsession over sweets and nuts.
Guild and guild mark location: He's not quite sure which one to join
Team Members: His Pet Eclectus Parrot
Three Strengths: 1. Research/Knowledge 2. Reconnaissance 3. Generalist
Three Weaknesses: (Make them Applicable) 1. Combat 2. Pacifist 3. Naive (Towards women)
Greatest Love: Knowledge and Nature(It's apparent in his backstory...)
Motivation: A deep curiosity with the world around him and an urge to uncover the secrets of this world.
Parrot is more or less five and a half feet tall and has a lean but thick build. He has vibrant green hair with streaks of blue and red at the sides (like an Eclectus parrot). His eyes are a deep shade of green and his eye brows are a woody brown. When studying or outside, he is seen wearing a cloak similar to the color scheme of his hair. Also, he has a pet Eclectus parrot that accompanies him. When on missions, he usually dons enchanted cloak that changes appearance based on the surroundings. Without fail, you can see him wearing sandals if you lift up his robes.
Additional Details: Parrot's also working on a project on teleportation systems. So far, Parrot has only been able to teleport objects five feet away. He is aware that he needs just one crucial piece of information for long distance travel, but that is all.
