Well, we lost our GM for the time being, and there's not much to do except wait, at this point. @Eklispe is apparently some sort of half-co-GM (as well as possibly me) but neither of us actually knows the story Hanged is going for and we can't just up and substitute our own.

You might want to check out Thousand Swords Heaven if you wanna, but there's not many people interested in that so far (I'd need about 3-5 to start)

Being from the stratum of society called "hyper elites" in the cyberpunk literature of 1980s visionaries, Takumi didn't really consider small expenditures like that. Getting spending money on that scale was trivial for any Arms Master, even in training. People with physical abilities usually rented out their skills or sold bits of their body for study. Takumi usually took on mediating and spokesman jobs for local businesses when his bank account needed a boost — he didn't consider calling on whatever access to zaibatsu resources he still possessed worthwhile, at least at this point.
