Bio

~Angel Vicky~

Been a member of the old Roleplayer Guild since 2012 - I tend to do more Advanced. My favourite lore is Angelic (you probably couldnt tell by my name!), medieval, Ancient Rome/Greece/Egypt and Norse mythology. My fave writing genre is sci-fi and fantasy but I like drama, comedy, suspense and angst with a bit of romance thrown in!

I tend to do only 1x1 rps nowadays as they are less chaotic with less people, as they say "too many cooks around the pot". Here is my current interest check.

My Hobbies include: roleplaying (obviously!), astronomy, writing poetry, dance electronica music and raving, pets, video gaming, cosplaying.

Thanos was accompanied by his daughter Nebula. "Filthy humans..." Since she had lost her battle to the Guardians when siding with Ronan she defected back to Thanos.

On the ground Thor sees the mother of all ships. "It will be heavily protected. So let's ignore the small fry best we can and move in to strike at the ship's heart, we need a hard and fast blow before the show begins, Brother." He tells him in a commanding way. Usually it would be Steve to give the orders. "I hope Heimdall and Father are holding up in Asgard..."

Smaller ships emerge and burst down into the city streets in a full out strike. Varia made her promise to Thor and she kept close to Jane. She also protected Pepper and Darcy in Stark Tower, where the device was held. It was the best central highest point to project out in the city. Varia could only watch as the army, the SHIELD agents and small aircraft became under attack hard and fast. She wished, like never before, that she had been gifted with some powers like the others. She was neither strong nor a genius. All she had was her resolve and...a gun. They waited as Nebula went straight for the Tower herself. The only thing that stood between her and the device were a handful of humans. As the big guns were going in for Thanos.
It always ends in tragedy.
As Tony Stark and Selvig worked on the device that would be used city wide, Varia, Clint and Natasha ran through the building getting people out of the city in which Thanos would strike at first. Because thats where the Avengers were. That's where Thor and Loki were.

Thor flew the skies in patrol, ready to receive the first ships that arrive.

Tash turns to Varia. "No-one else knows right? Bout you and the Trickster?" She spoke as vaguely as she could.

"No!" She yells over the rushing crowds running around, the army were called in to help evacuate.

"Make sure it stays that way or you'll be dead first!" Barton yells and Varia nods at them both. "I fear you may be right about the dead part anyway." She couldn't help but laugh, maybe she had lost her mind.
Selvig ponders. He had the God inside his head and that made him even more of a genius. "We need a powerful image projector to feed Loki's illusions into." Jane nods knowing exactly what to get for him. "Let's assemble one then! Tony we need your expertise on this one."

"You got it!" Iron Man whisked the scientists away. Black Widow turns to Barton and then Varia. "We could use your help with the civs." Varia blinks, she was being given an opportunity to help the AVENGERS.

She nods. "Alright I'll do what I can." She served the people all her life, as a child to her philanthropist parents, raising money for those in need and now as a police officer she protected them.
Varia saw the pain, he suffered so. She was beginning to feel it within herself. A kind of empathy she had. It would do her no good. "And I'll fight for you too." She told Hel and Fenrir. Then looking at everyone else. "For all of you." She pledged and one by one all of the Avengers and SHIELD agents, Jane, Darcy, Selvig, everyone stepped in and said the same.

"We all have a part to play, so let's blow William Shakespeare out of all proportion that even the Gods would applaud." Varia was a mortal but deeply faithful, she believed in the Gods, and in miracles.
Val nods as she followed the lead Inquisitor down the hall. She easily strode in past the closing lift doors in time and stood at his side. "Look, I know you lost your old partner. It's not nice. But if it makes you feel any better, you dont have to be nice to me, you dont have to know anything about me. And same goes for me." She wasnt bitter or angry, she was cool and calm.

"Just...makes it easier if one of us dies is all." She held her arms behind her back with a straight posture. "We dont have to get along. All that matters is we take down those bastards out there and protect the human race. Right?" She didnt really ask his opinion as it was rhetorical and the elevator doors ping open and she half turns toward him as she stepped back and out of it, turning around fully front facing again. There she saw his ship. The Invictus. "Nice ride." Now there was something she could truly appreciate. A thing of beauty.
Oh yay. :)
"I would not like to even see him try." Varia says to Hel sadly. Loki would be inconsolable if that happened.

"I think the Trickster, is about to give his best performance yet." She smirked mischievously.
Aeria's heart was racing, she felt her body let go of all tension as soon as he accepted. No more bloodshed. She knew she had bet on the right man. She knew they would be more lenient toward them if they surrendered now - they could have more freedom than if they were conquered. They showed willing enough to be trusted to let the Empire lead them to a bright and prosperous future.

She bowed to Jason and with a smile. "We only wish for your aid in times of need. As we shall endeavor to provide you the same aid in your times of need." Altheria had no weapons, what would they do if they were invaded by intergalactic beings? They'd be helpless. And so they would rely on New Earth's military might.

--

They had been talking for what felt like hours. They seemed to be making some good progress on how to integrate each Free State World into the Astra Empire’s plans. This would avert the need for invasion and all leaders would work together on achieving Galactic-wide goals.

Aeria-Sarisa would consult with the Free World States and feed it back into the Emperor himself so that there would in fact be two supreme leaders of the galaxy. This meant the Princess would be working closely with the Emperor and fulfilling his wishes for the greater good. Some saw this integration as key, others however, like Vik’nul, saw it as them rolling over and letting the Emperor take whatever he wanted. Including resources and people.

“It may not be easy but change must happen for each of us if we are to evolve into a higher state of being.” The Queen of Altheria spoke gently to all in the room. “No matter how much we may disagree with them.” She turns to look at Vik’nul specifically. He had countered every argument thus far with extreme defence; he did not like any of the proposed ways of ruling his planet.

Vik’nul sneers at the Queen but throughout the meeting he had noticed how the Altherian Princess, the Galactic Siren, had a way with words and how she had commanded the respect of the room. She was a strong woman in deed. Perhaps he had got her wrong. A woman who fought with words rather than a blade. Even the most angry and dark of hearts could be swayed by her. He was beginning to see how special she was…

“This is all very well and good but….how do you know you haven’t had us under your influence from the very start?” One of the Astra Empire’s delegates stood up. “You Altherians are nothing but witches.” It was clear he was a racist toward Altherians.

“You will not address the Princess in that manner, Human!” Vik’nul yelled, suddenly jumping to her defence. Which was not like him at all. Perhaps he was warming to her.

Aeri sighs and stands up to match his authority, as in this room they were all equal. “No, no Vik’nul. It’s quite alright.” He urged him to back off. “Counsellor. If we had wanted to do that, this war would have been over a long time ago...” She reminded him she could have done so easily at any point. He conceded with that point and sat down. “Forgive my outburst…”

Aeria’s eyes twinkled softly as she smiled kindly. “It is forgotten.” Her mother, Queen Iri, became noticeably fatigued.

“Perhaps…we should retire for the eve and continue the finer details tomorrow?” The Rekkatorrian leader proposed.
It's okay I was at work all day. And now we can get the peace talks out of the way and onto some action! XD
