Bio

~Angel Vicky~

Been a member of the old Roleplayer Guild since 2012 - I tend to do more Advanced. My favourite lore is Angelic (you probably couldnt tell by my name!), medieval, Ancient Rome/Greece/Egypt and Norse mythology. My fave writing genre is sci-fi and fantasy but I like drama, comedy, suspense and angst with a bit of romance thrown in!

I tend to do only 1x1 rps nowadays as they are less chaotic with less people, as they say "too many cooks around the pot". Here is my current interest check.

My Hobbies include: roleplaying (obviously!), astronomy, writing poetry, dance electronica music and raving, pets, video gaming, cosplaying.

"Hmm...you found the main hive?" Came Varia's voice from behind the sergeant as she leans in to look at the console more closely. She couldn't really sleep and his voice woke her up anyway. She noted the schematics and layout of the facility.
Varia laughs at the Sarge's joke as she got comfy on the floor, using one of the ammo bags as a sort of make shift pillow. The other female lay down near by then leaned over to Varia to whisper. "I bet that bug aint the only one who'd like to tongue him, eh V?" She winked at her and lay back down. Varia just shook her head with a sigh. "Shut up Sarah." She whispered back and tried to get some rest before the next shift.
"I don't like wearing Inquisitor armour all of the time, it will come in handy for reconnaissance." Val called after him as he left the bar. She caught upto his walking stride and matched his striding speed. "Not all tasks should be done so...openly, Partner." She informed him from past experience. "Sometimes if people dont know who they're talking to, can let slip the most important information we need."

Some people were scared of them. And others hated them that much they'd feed false information just to see an end to their lives. Sometimes it paid to be discreet. She followed him onto the ship.
Varia chuckled at hearing this story for the first time. "Well now you know not to mess with women." She waved her gun at him. "Especially ones who can kick your ass." She reminded him, he had been the one flirting with her the entire journey here. She couldn't get away from him fast enough at times.
"They don't need to breathe oxygen. The only thing that scares the is fire." Varia added as she watched the Sarge check his pistol. Turning to the injured private, she asked. "How are you holding up?"
Varia agreed with a nod. "It's disgusting. But Wey-Yu are paying over ten million per Xeno..." She sighed as she watched the monitors for any movement.
And now the wait. Some of the turret guns begin to fire but then soon stop again as the aliens got more intelligent about going anywhere near them.

"Where do you suppose these things even came from on this planet?" The other female soldier asked aloud.

Varia sighed. "Well...I can theorise that, since they have popped up in very different locations too far apart that anything could travel to and from in between to transport them, and without any human interference at all. That, these things...are not natural in the least. It was if God had planted one of them in specific vantage points in the galaxy. Too coincidental to be mere natural evolution." She explained with a gloved hand in her chin.

"You're such a nerd!" The other female retorted.

Varia frowned. "This is all important information, and its not to be dismissed so easily. Do you WANT to keep on fighting these things for the rest of humanity's life?"
"So, what the plan now Sarge?" Varia asked as she leaned her pert curvy rear against the computer desk with arms folded. She was ballsy indeed but she had to be in this environment. None of that girly femininity gentle and kind personality of hers was going to help any of them. Not until she needed to administer first aid or comfort someone when they were dying.
"I'll bet you a year's worth of drinks." Val winked at Aidan. She was a tomboy at heart, knew how to get along with the fellas. This story sounded very confusing though. A planet popping out of nowhere..? It was like something from a fantasy novel. Val downed her second drink with another scoff and pushed the glass away from her on the counter. "That's enough of that shit.." She brings out the bag of provisions for him to inspect. Food, water, all-weather clothing.
Varia turns back from the barricaded door with a concerned expression. "Okay then..." However, she was still not convinced. She begins to check the consoles for any information that may assist. Such as the fastest way to the lab. Once she had gotten the research she came for, they needed to go to the core and set the reactor to a full nuclear detonation in order to eradicate the vermin. She tapped away at the computer. She overrode the command protocols to let her have full administrator privileges. This meant she could now instruct the AI to do anything. Depending how malfunctioned it was.
