After the M-Bomb was dropped on the enemies of the United States, the forseen possibility of planetwide devastation was realized. The result was an entire world covered with mutants. Few human beings are left, and most of the mutations are anything but flawless. Nearly all affected have turned into toxic beasts, who quickly overtake most of the survivors. Among those who have survived are those who dwelt in bunkers, those who knew it was coming and prepared themselves chemically for the coming devastation, and those lucky enough to have magic already coursing through their blood. But even these with direct contact to the toxic beasts could be lost. There are but a few remaining. the last chances for life on earth. Life... of any kind...

This will be a standard apocalypse survival rp. The characters could be human, mutant, magical, or scientifically constructed. You might have survived by luck or preparation. The group will come together a month after the Mushroom wars, so everyone should have a decent amount of backstory potential. i wont kill any main characters off, but feel free to add NPC's as I will be adding some myself. These may die or live depending on the story progression. I will be bumping this GIC until after christmastime to ensure that those interested may apply.
