our first two Matinees actually went pretty well

I want to be a teacher :)
either English or theater, I'm not a hundred percent yet because I really enjoy both subjects a lot. But I do want to be one or the other.

Anyway, apologizes for the lateness of posting and such. 5 papers, a storyboard, journals, work, quizzes, tests, and Research Projects will do that to you. It's hard enough finding 10 minutes to just chill out.

I'll try to get one out as soon as I can but I just hope everyone can understand my reasons for not being able to be here regularly. I'm hoping things will calm down soonish, (before finals) so we can get the ball back on rolling.

our pit is just as stressed as the actors are

and we don't have all our costumes, our set isn't finished, and the directors are being difficult

wasn't much to post about though, sorry, since I wasn't sure if I could initiate the underwater stuff yet or not

she listened to the sea snake's description and chuckled nervously "great..." she glanced up "I'm gonna assume since the snakes on my head are part of me they'll be able to breath too..." she said it more to herself but wouldn't mind an answer if it came.
she carefully listened to the Merwoman's description of her's and the sea snake's powers. Andromeda was very used to talking to herself and found herself saying "well I've never underestimated the power of a snake before, It'd be hard to when they're half the people you talk to..." she realized she'd said that out loud and blushed, looking down.

she glanced over the railing at the water then around at everyone else. she sighed and looked at Rain "I'll be right back, don't leave without me"
and with that she spun and quickly hurried back below deck where she'd left her bag, she snatched it up and quickly rifled through it. she wasn't sure how quickly the others would want to leave and she didn't want to hold them up. she found her glasses case sitting at the bottom of the bag and pulled out her sun glasses, before sliding them on and pulling off the veil and throwing it in her bag.
she spun quickly and ran back up the stairs, slightly annoyed by the dark quality to the vision she'd have to deal with if she didn't want to kill anyone. she stopped beside Rain again "i'm ready to go when everyone else is"

There is a post for you all. Sorry for making you wait 2x what I'd said. Life is getting rough right now and I mean... really rough. I don't want to set anything in stone, but it may be that it won't get any better. I don't want to completely abandon the RP as I love it so dearly but with things how they are setting up to be, we may have to get used to waiting a week or two before I can get another post in.

To put things into context for you, I am a junior in my Fall Semester. By this time next year, I will need to have taken 10 more English classes because Spring 2017, I will be student teaching in which I will not be allowed to take any other classes besides my english capstone. That is nearly 5 english classes a semester at this rate on top of my education courses. If you have ever taken a college english class, you should understand my frustration and my fears. Two English classes is doable. 3 is rough. 4 is suicidial and 5... 5 is a deathwish, say good bye to your GPA.

So that's where I'm at currently. Death and Dying and school and a FULL Senior year. I will NOT abandon this RP so I don't want you to see this as me giving up, but I want you all to know well ahead of time that you will need to be extra-patient with me. This RP might move at snails pace, but I intend to keep the momentum and keep it up. I hope you all are willing to do the same.

she watched the exchange between the merwoman and the others in contemplative silence. she trusted Vicki, but she wasn't entirely sure she trusted the merwoman. she adjusted her veil slightly, would it still work under-water? she'd probably have to replace it with her sunglasses, which would be a pain, but she wanted to help, if what the woman said was true. she ruffled the snakes while she thought, but they were as absorbed in her thoughts as she was and didn't even react.
when Vicki mentioned either staying or going, Andromeda spoke up "i'm not sure how much use i'd be but i'd really like to help in anyway i can" she smiled slightly at the merwoman "so you can count me in" she wanted to talk to the Merwoman herself, there was still a tiny pain in her chest but it was almost gone, she wanted to ask about the spell but figured now wouldn't be the time, so she just stopped there.
